Vacation rentals with a patio in Massachusetts

One of the very best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever stayed at! The place was clean and extremely well stocked. It was comfortable and the horse were very friendly! Fresh baked goods and fruit awaited us when we arrived! Even the refrigerator offered bottled water and other refreshment! Location had great restaurants close by and Salem was just over the bridge. We were there for our daughter‘s graduation from Endicott College, and it worked out perfectly! We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great place to stay while in Plymouth! Erin was communicative and the place was just as pictured and described. Best of all it was walking distance to all attractions in the town.

Fantastic place, beautifully appointed, great location. Highly recommend staying here. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Probably the most comfortable beds, linens and pillows we’ve ever experienced in our many air bnb stays. Extremely comfortable.

Lucio’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was super clean and tidy, well stocked and so comfortable. It’s in a cute neighbourhood and we were within walking distance of some wonderful restaurants and public transit. Lucio was incredibly helpful with travel and parking tips making our stay absolutely perfect! We would definitely return next time we’re in the area!

I was able to make reservations for the next day, and host responded to my request within MINUTES. I could not be more pleased and will definitely return. The place was meticulous! One added amenity that I have not seen anywhere else is the AIRBNB access to Prime tv. This was a major hit with my husband. Thank you so much for your video as well, showing exactly how to access the premises. We are very happy visitors!

I got this Airbnb for the weekend because I was proposing to my girlfriend in a Hyannis dinner train. This was the only spot that looked private and worthy of an “engagement weekend getaway” vibe as opposed to hotels and other Airbnbs. Meagan even allowed a friend of mine to show up and decorate the apartment with “Just Engaged” signs and fake candles and fake rose petals, which made the bedroom look even more romantic. My now-fiancé could not express enough how much she loved the place. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good eating spots less than 10 mins away in car, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. If we’re going to be knit-picky, the only thing we can complain about was that the A/C did not seem to work. The wall unit was open like if it was working, but no air was coming out of it. I forgot to mention this to Meagan during our stay, as I’m sure she would have rushed to help us. We slept with the windows slightly open and it was just as nice.

I was in Springfield for my son’s college graduation and needed a place to stay on short notice. We ended up booking this home last minute, and I’m so glad we did. The house was exactly as described in the listin; clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay, even if it was a short one. We were only there for about 11 hours, but it was absolutely worth it. The host was accurate in their description, and everything matched the photos perfectly. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely book this place without hesitation.

We were in the area for work. Peter’s property was homey and comfortable. Peter was also a great host. We highly recommend staying here

We enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated apartment. It felt brand new. We travel extensively and this kitchen was among the best equipped we have seen. (everything from Tupperwares to muffin pan, and everything was new.) very easy to cook meals. Lots of space, very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like was the plug in air fresheners which my wife was sensitive to, but we quickly found them and put them all in a bedroom we were not using. It is on a quiet street and we felt perfectly safe there. There’s a beautiful backyard with a charcoal grill, fire pit, and lots of furniture.

We were in a real home. Extremely well kept, homey, felt as if Sue trusted us because we were allowed into her home.

This was our first Airbnb experience and it was amazing! Everything about the home was perfect and better than my expectations. We all absolutely adored this home and were very comfortable. Thank you so much for proving so many necessities!

The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location has great proximity to beaches, restaurants, shops, and ice cream. We really enjoyed our time here.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was extremely clean! There were basic necessities provided. It also had a cute, fashionable interior design. The shower and bedrooms were nice. We liked the layout of this property. Our only issue was that either the heater in the master bedroom wasn't working, or we couldn't figure out how to use it.

We had a great stay here. Nothing to complain about, everything met expectations or above, would stay again! Darryl is a great host, very responsive and accommodating .

Great stay with New England Vacations! Through no fault of their own, the property was not ready for us when we arrived. One call to Matt and he jumped in to remedy the situation. Matt bent over backwards to make it right and salvaged our family vacation. The house was comfortable for three couples. We liked staying withing walking distance to downtown. The backyard was spacious and nice to hangout in, although some might still feel a little too close to neighbors. I loved the idea of staying in a house, neighborhood and town oozing with architectural and American history.

This was such a charming place in a wonderful location. Griffin and Carolyn were responsive and took really good care of us. They are great hosts who we highly recommend and would book with again!

We had a wonderful stay at Brian and James’s- prior to our check in they were really informative and so we were able to find the condo easily. The space is beautiful and cosy with a kitchen equipped with all we needed. Location was perfect - very walkable and great location for accessing beaches, restaurants and bars. We hope we get to come back soon!

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again

Ali was a wonderful host and incredibly responsive. I landed early in Boston before check in time and she allowed me to drop off my things early so I could go explore. Beautiful home, she provided great restaurant recommendations and is very walkable area close to public transit.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience! The location felt safe and was in walking distance to the train station. We were also very close to the surrounding towns so if we wanted to Uber they were no more than $20 a ride which was great! Overall a great stay!
