Vacation rentals with breakfast in Massachusetts

The apartment is in a great location with easy access to Boston, Cambridge, etc. It's in a sweet hilltop neighborhood surrounded by trees, but a few minutes walk from a bustling area with many restaurants and shops. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, and is well-stocked with oils and spices, as well as coffee and quick breakfast foods. The apartment is tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean, and welcoming. It was perfect for a few days in Boston- thank you!

We had such a nice time staying in this home! It was beautifully decorated and was extremely clean. We felt right at home during our visit. We had a hiccup at the start of our stay but our host was very quick responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to be back

Kat was a phenomenal host. Our original host cancelled on us last minute and she saved the day! Her and her husband readied the home with little notice, provided breakfast items, and even had age appropriate games and crafts for our kids. The home is spotless, beautiful, and cozy. Fantastic AirBnB with a first class host.

We had a wonderful stay at Carol and Robin’s home on the lake. Anyone looking for a serene and peaceful setting would be thrilled with this rental. Our hosts communication both prior to and during our stay was top notch. We certainly hope to return someday.

We enjoyed our stay — perfect location for visiting UMass! Raphael was a terrific host, friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfortable, pretty linens, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to stay again next time we visit Amherst.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The space had everything we needed, and we were especially touched by the personal touches like freshly baked blueberry banana bread, and lots of snacks and breakfast foods. The location was very peaceful and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the forest and the bunnies. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in town and highly recommended it to anyone.

My friends and I loved our stay at the chateau! We attended a wedding at the inn and It was the perfect location, great proximity to the venue and so many things in the area. Anya was so wonderful to communicate with and made our stay such a breeze! The house is so beautiful, spacious and such a great space to gather im. We spent so much time on the deck and my dog loved the fenced in backyard! I can’t recommend this place enough

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Cambridge apartment! The space is modern, bright, extremely clean, and has amazing views of the city! The hosts had very clear communication and were very responsive. We really appreciated the accommodation of an extra crib and the provided high chair was a definite bonus. The underground parking garage was very convenient. We would recommend this listing for any family with little ones!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

This was the cutest place! We all loved the garden space. The deck was very inviting. Rhona was kind enough to leave English muffins and butter for us. The selection of tea was fabulous! The bouquet and house plants made it feel very homey. There was an area close by that had a convenience store, a Dunkin Donuts, and a few decent restaurants. We would stay here again if we come back.

This place was amazing. I would come back here. I feel like we won the Airbnb lottery. It is nice to have a host that is a real person and not a company. This place is well taken care of. 1. It was much larger than I was expecting. 2. It was so clean. Probably the cleanest Airbnb I have been to. 3. There were basics in the cabinets like coffee and creamer ( such a nice touch). and some items in the fridge and freezer which made it really easy to start our day. 4. It was beautifully decorated and the garden was so pretty and nice to take coffee and wine out there. 5. We were here in the spring and it was an easy walk into town(15-20 minutes). We both like walking, but there was a spot for a car if needed. Thank you for such a wonderful time.!!

Corinne is a wonderful host! She has a beautiful place in a wonderful neighborhood which is walkable to the beach. The view is breathtaking and a very relaxing stay!

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

Don’s place was as lovely as described, and sharing a bathroom was not an issue. We loved breakfast on the front porch and the thoughtful details around the house— extra supplies in the bathroom and large umbrellas by the front door. Don is so nice, the location is great, and we hope to come back soon! Thank you for a wonderful PTown weekend!

Chris and Fran were both so lovely. I felt welcome and comfortable my entire stay. A beautiful home, a comfy bed and a good night of conversation. They really care about their guests.

The stay at Mary Kay and Mal's beautiful place is an experience I won't forget! We felt pampered, and like we were in the peaceful countryside , but we were just around the corner from town. The beautiful space is even better than the photos.! Mal and Mary Kay make it so special!

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying with Peter and Mauricio. This location is only 1.5 blocks from Commercial Street, where everything PTown happens. They have always been welcoming and friendly. The location is charming and clean and the bed was really comfortable. I would recommend the Chicago House to anyone visiting PTown, for no matter how long.

I had such a wonderful stay with Mauricio and Peter! From the moment I booked they were kind, responsive, and extremely helpful! Check in was a breeze and the house is very easy to find. Was such a beautiful & cozy house where they made you feel right at home. The continental breakfast was great and it was nice to chat with other guests staying there (along with Mauricio!). A few steps off commercial street make this house so convenient and close to all the restaurants and bars. The room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend staying with them at either The Captain's house or The Chicago House (my friend stayed at The Chicago house and loved it too). I look forward to staying with them again when I visit Ptown. :)

I haven't written an airbnb review in ages, but Joan's place is really special. Great quiet neighborhood a short walk to the train. This space is sublime: an attic with skylights and balcony, shelves of books and comfy couches. Really human. If you must have a kitchen or desk space I'd look elsewhere, but otherwise I want a place like this everywhere I go.

Loved our stay! Just a quick weekend getaway for a friend and me and it was perfect for that. The yard is incredibly peaceful, filled with birds and a gorgeous view. The beds were very comfortable, and Josette’s breakfast was a delicious start to the day. We would love to come back again.

My husband and I just returned home from our weekend stay with Ginny and Craig. Craig and the dogs greeted us when we arrived on Friday afternoon. Very friendly and very helpful. Local recommendations for restaurants and things to do were great. This was our first visit to the area, and it was very quiet and close to downtown. Also, very close to the local beaches which were beautiful and not crowded at all. The room #7 where we stayed had a cute patio and looked out over the backyard. Great spot for coffee in the morning or to wind down in the afternoon. We can’t wait to go back.
