Very stylish interior, super clean, well equipped, we immediately felt extremely comfortable. The pool had the perfect temperature even for longer stays in the water. We would book again in a heartbeat! Thanks a lot!

The Dunes was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed in and I loved everything about it. The bedrooms were amazing. The bathrooms were lovely. The kitchen was one of kind state of the art that people would only dream of. The heated pool, the outdoor kitchen and fireplace area were so elegant and exquisite that made our stay even more memorable. I strongly recommend visiting this beautiful home if you ever stay in Nantucket Island.

This place was incredible! Will be returning in the future. No joke the home was amazing! Soo many amenities and the host was an absolute pleasure to work with. This home was far beyond anything out there. Do yourself a favor and rent if possible. No detail was left out. Top of the line in every aspect from linens to dishes to furniture and the way the home floor plan allowed for everyone to comfortably spread out but still plenty of locations to visit. The house was excellent and Sara was super responsive. We had a couple of issues w appliances that she dealt with quickly. The house is beautiful, well maintained and very quiet, which was helpful with our larger group. We would definitely stay there again.

Having rented houses in the Cape for over 10 years and typically opting for luxury accommodations, I can confidently say that this house is the best rental we've ever experienced. It far exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful details and amenities that truly made this house feel like a home away from home. The pool and hot tub were highlights of our trip, offering a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The steam room/shower was a luxurious bonus that added to the spa-like experience. GREAT game room downstairs with air hockey, shuffleboard, pool, and a movie theater. The backyard is a private oasis, ideal for relaxation or entertaining, while the living room and kitchen are both top-notch, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are comfortable and HUGE. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and endless entertainment, this is the one!
