Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Massachusetts

We had a wonderful stay in the Seaport for work. Very walkable, beautiful building and amenities including coffee in the lobby, and a lovely space for 2.

We had a great 3 week stay at The Met in Reading. Easy check in and access in and out. Very clean, comfortable, quiet apartment for 2. Nicely stocked kitchen (Keurig and drip coffee options) and bath. Big bed. Lots of closet space. WiFi and smart TV. Garage parking. A gym and Starbucks coffee machine in lobby. Fourth floor has a large seldom used rec room. TV, sink, fridge, pool table, lots of seating. The Hosts, Rafael and Cienna, are very responsive if questions or need help. Visiting Boston!? The commuter train to North Station and subway system is right across the street. Couldn't be easier. Reading Center is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of eateries with bar service (check out Venetian Moon, Public Kitchen, Bunrattys), convenience stores, CVS, etc. Grocery stores a 5 min drive away. Walk the surrounding neighborhood, some beautiful old homes, diverse styles. In summary, short or long visit, The Met is a great choice. Clean, comfy, convenient to lots of options.

I had a good experience at this Airbnb. The apartment met my expectations. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They provided clear check-in instructions, and communication was easy and straightforward. The location was ideal: safe, quiet, and within easy reach of public transport. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Boston.

Diana is a very responsive and kind host. We had a designated parking spot in the back, avoiding the hassle of finding parking. The airbnb was very clean and all of the listed amenities worked. If you are planning to stay in Boston, this is the place to be, as everything is driving distance. Just keep in mind that this is on a 3rd floor walkup. I would definitely stay here again!

Thanh’s place was really nice and comfortable for the four of us. We spent most of our time in Boston and Ubers were easy to get and at a good price after 9:30am. Highly recommend!

So Regina's place was excellent, everything was clean & worked! Also, if something isn't expired and unopened, she leaves it there for the next guest, which I SO appreciate having the basics covered (coffee, creamer, salt, etc). Excellent location!

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great weekend at Josh’s place! Smooth booking process, great communication, easy checkin. The space was clean and exactly as advertised. I’d definitely recommend both Josh as a host and this location as a Cape getaway!

We enjoyed a beautiful weekend in Brewster at Chris’s place. The accommodations were perfect for our family of six, and we really appreciated having two full bathrooms. The condo had ample space for family meals and board games, and the location is terrific—adjacent to the golf course and walkable to pickleball courts.

Loved the space - very spacious and chic! The area was easy to walk around in and plenty to do, but quick access to the train to go to downtown Boston.

Our second year staying here and making wonderful family memories. The condo was clean and cozy. Gorgeous view of the mountain and easy ski in/ski out. Everything you need is stocked and ready. We look forward to rebooking for next year.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Stephen’s place was a gem. And fun, quirky decor that just took it up another level. It was the perfect place for a long weekend! Stephen was great to work with and very communicative.

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for our family of 6, including one little one. It was exactly as pictured and well-stocked with spices in the kitchen and shampoo etc in the bathroom! Beds were super comfy and we loved how close it was to the lake, restaurants, and a playground. Would definitely stay here again!!

The apartment is in a great location with easy access to Boston, Cambridge, etc. It's in a sweet hilltop neighborhood surrounded by trees, but a few minutes walk from a bustling area with many restaurants and shops. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, and is well-stocked with oils and spices, as well as coffee and quick breakfast foods. The apartment is tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean, and welcoming. It was perfect for a few days in Boston- thank you!

The place was as described and we enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of items. The basement has a pool table and some other games, which made the stay a lot more fun. The rooms are also clean and spacious. The hosts were also very responsive and resolved issues quickly.

The home was exactly the way it is in the photos, only better! Everything was clean and spotless. Plenty of kitchen and laundry supplies to use. The home is in a very secluded and in a quiet neighborhood. You will never see another person unless you drive out of the very long driveway and into town. The backyard was scenic and perfect for the fall season. Overlooking the river, especially in the fall is very scenic and was perfect for what we were hoping for. Communication with the Rental property was kind, courteous and professional. The even offered us a late check out as long as they did not rent the property that day. Me and my 5 family members were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property for all seasons. Will definitely return.

The place was great for a visit to Boston because you could drive out of the city to a quiet neighborhood with a drive way for your rental car and just relax. House was clean and cute.

Absolutely beautiful space. Spotlessly clean. Full kitchen amenities plus a little coffee station. Fabulously comfortable beds and living room furniture. Deliciously soft towels. Just an overall great experience and peaceful stay!!

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.
