Located 12 miles south of downtown, we are close enough to enjoy the luxuries of the city as well as the relaxation that our country setting offers. Our suite is above our garage and sits amongst the treetops of a large Live Oak. We are located on a wet creek which is frequented by deer, ducks and Great Blue Herons to name a few. Aside from the peaceful setting we offer, our suite is private and spacious.

The tiny house is located in far South Austin. The location is ideal for those that want to be out of the busy city yet still a 15 min drive to downtown. We have a spacious 8 acre property. The tiny home is ideal for solo adventurers, business travelers or a couple of friends. This is a true tiny home and can only accommodate a total of two travelers for the duration of the stay. We have chickens on the property and have FREE farm fresh eggs available Daily for guests!

Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.

Stayed in the house with my 2 daughters to celebrate their birthdays, and they were super excited my oldest really enjoyed the fact that she could spend the night secluded from everybody on the downstairs bedroom. We swim on the river and everything was great thank you very much, Courtney. We will be definitely scheduling the house again if the girls wanna go down to the canyon in the river.

The hosts were very responsive. Some of the literature/signage was confusing to me. Just to clarify: 1. workout room, & both pools/hot tubs are open until 11 PM (some literature/signage says 10 PM) 2. to get to the indoor pool/hot tub and workout room take elevator 5 from the unit to the garage, walk to elevator 2, take it to the first floor, turn right when exiting to elevator, then immediately left 3. code to get in the front gate is "I have a code" + [code] + "confirm" 4. code to get in the workout room is [code] + #. 5. broom and dustpan are in the laundry closet They appear to close the outdoor pool/hot tub during thunderstorms, which is probably wise. If the hot tub has insects in it, you can fish them out using the pool net hanging on the fence across the pool from the hot tub. You might need to see a flashlight to see it, but it's there. The blender and coffee grinder are on the top shelf in the kitchen pantry. If you plan to bake, you might want to bring a baking dish.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this Airbnb. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the secluded location made it feel like a true getaway. We especially enjoyed the pool—it was a perfect spot to unwind. Larry, the owner, was friendly and welcoming. Our family of four adults and one happy dog felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were 2 rollaway beds that we would've used, but there were no sheets. They weren't listed in the sleeping areas though, we did get what was advertised. The views were great, we loved having access to the pool. We loved watching the deer, that visited every day. We would definitely stay there again.
