Great place to stay, especially if you need to get the UT campus or downtown. Lots of retail and restaurants in easy walking distance. Varun is a super responsive and friendly host.

Can’t beat the Greenbelt location. Quick walk or hike to Barton Springs, and across the street from Tacodeli and a small market. 10-15 min drive to everything!

It was a great stay, at a good price for what was happening that week in Austin. I was able to arrive safely daily with the Austin Scooters that are easily available everywhere downtown. I felt like I had my own little private transfer waiting for me outside. It had enough blankets. I feel it's good for two people. I was able to do my laundry. The ac/heater made some noise but luckily I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me. I was hardly there, only to sleep so it worked for me. It had a great little backyard patio that I didn't even get to use, but maybe someone else can take advantage of.

Perfect location! Jesse’s place offered a nice neighborhood feel while being close to downtown and the airport. We weren’t in the house too much over the course of the long weekend but it was the perfect place to relax at night. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our whole group commented that we’d stay there again next time we were in Austin!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. A .6 mile walk to the Hula Hut. Very comfortable furnishings.

Awesome place for a guys retreat. House is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Tvs, games, outdoor area to hang out. Place was in great shape and clean, 10-15 min from all the activities we did. Great booking!

Caren’s place was very nice and Caren was very communicative. Quick with responses and very helpful. The spaces were clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and everything worked fine. The neighborhood was quiet and sleeping was easy. We were in town to see some family and having Caren’s place to stay while in town was extremely convenient. We felt very welcomed in her space. There is lots to do around the area. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anybody traveling with kids.

Had a wonderful stay. Location is perfect for Downtown, and bars and restaurants. Ted was the perfect host and was always on hand if needed.

Keith’s place was the perfect home base for a long weekend in Austin. It’s walkable to restaurants and shops yet tucked away on a street that is very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. I appreciated that he provided coffee and provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do. His communication was exceptional.

Andreas place was great! The Airbnb was clean, matched the description, and a perfect place for our group over the weekend. The pool was a nice place to hangout by as well. Hosts were very friendly and responsive too! Highly recommend.

Huge Airbnb for one person but I chose this accommodation based on location (close to a friend). Very comfortable, clean, well equipped and quiet. Easy to get Ubers (not many places to go are walkable). Archer helped with the odd query and also checked in on me during my way to ensure I was doing okay. Easy to manoeuvre heating/cooling, loads of space even if all rooms are being used. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place - especially if you value peace and quiet. Thank you!

The townhouse was well decorated and very comfortable. We were a group of 6 and had plenty of space.Parking was never a problem.

Olga’s place was really nice and pristine. Exactly like the pictures and exactly what was described. I’ve been on Airbnb for years now and I must say Olga’s place was one of my top places to stay. I walked in and felt right at home. I absolutely have nothing bad to say at all. I would highly recommend this place as well as I would definitely stay here again.

We love staying here. It is so clean and laid out perfect. They add extras so if you forget they have you covered. Easy to get to things in the area.

Was a great stay at Lindsey's place! The location was perfect, central to many of the activities and restaurants that I wanted to check out in Austin. Appreciate as well how cozy the space and how clean it was when I arrived! The beds upstairs are very soft and comfortable, which makes a huge difference! Lindsey was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would for sure recommend this place and would stay here again in the future. Thank you Lindsey for the great stay!

The space was wonderful! It’s in a nice and quiet community, very close to everything we wanted to check out in Austin. We had a slight issue with some bed sheets when we arrived but our host was quick to respond and help us out. It was very cozy and comfortable there. We would definitely stay again!

Spent a fantastic week here. The place is immaculate with outstanding furnishings and decorative touches. We had several local friends stop by and everyone asked for the listing so that they could recommend it in the future. Excellent location just outside the downtown with fantastic restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Communication was clear and timely. Would not think of staying anywhere else in the Austin area for future trips.
