Vacation rentals with lake access in Lake Travis

Wish we could've stayed longer! The area is located in the middle of so many things that would be great to do wine tasting, whiskey places, restaurants, bars, attractions. If you do your research before arriving you'll have a list of things to do. Nonetheless, if evem if you don't, and you decide to stay at the house its feels secluded enough and spacious enough that that youre not crammed. The kitchen has so many cooking utensils and pots/pans that it felt like a home away from home. The grill was such a plus and with a full propane tank! Lastly, the dock offered so much space that if needed you could dip and sunbathe all you want. I will be back!

Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

Our family of 10 enjoyed this Lake House home. It is perfect for families. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a nice separation of bedrooms on the upper level for the adults allowing our teenage kids to have the lower level bedrooms, but there were also bedrooms laid out to accommodate parents and children of younger ages on the lower level. We especially enjoyed the game room with table tennis, foosball and darts. The home has a flat, grassy back yard and we were easily able to set up a volleyball net and play soccer. The friendly deer emerged in the evenings and mornings and were a delight. The owner, Matt, was a very responsive host and answered our questions promptly. We were prepared for lower lake levels given the drought at Lake Travis, so note that the hike down to the water and the dock is steep and rocky given the current conditions.

House was really nice and everyone had plenty of room. View from the backyard was amazing. Short walk down to the lake and boat dock. Being able to use the kayaks and paddle boards was a huge bonus.

Teresa was great! Was so helpful in helping us. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was nice and updated. My kids loved the paddle boat and we enjoyed the serene atmosphere. It was also convenient to drop our boat at the nearby McNair Park and tie up in the canal behind Michelle’s house. We can’t say enough good things about our stay and have already booked with her again!

We had a great time at this lake house! We had the whole family (4 adults and 3 small children). The accommodations were great. The kids were able to swim from the dock and we were able to park our tritoon without any issues. We took full advantage of the grill, hot tub, and sauna. We highly recommend if you are looking for a lake getaway.

Great space with a great location!

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Made my first visit to Austin wonderful despite the power outage caused by inclement weather. Delightful neighborhood I would return to again. Thanks for all the recommendations too. Having a Whole Foods within walking distance was perfect. Perfect 10 place to stay ❤️

We try to stay here every time we come to Austin to visit family and friends. The condo is comfortable, cute and conveniently located. Luiz and Cristina always go out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We had such a great time at Joes place. It was just as described. Great location walkable to most things on East Cesar Chavez and not far from downtown either. Joe was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

We enjoyed this Airbnb so much, we will be back. It was a beautiful view, it rained one of the days we stayed and even still the view from the balcony and living room area was amazing. Thank you guys for hosting and doing a wonderful job at it!

We stayed for a fishing tournament and there was ample space for our 2 families. It was awesome having the screened in porch, and we loved sitting on the dock watching the boys fish. We didn’t cook while we were there, but the kitchen had everything if we had chosen to. We will definitely stay again if we have another tournament at Lake LBJ!!

We had a great stay with our family of 4 and dog. Driving all the way from Colorado, it was nice to find that we were going to be remote, and not in a central city (plan your meals well!). The space was perfect for keeping our family comfy and close. The record player was a hit with the kids, as was the Jacuzzi. The whole week was simple and relaxing.

great host, beautiful home and right next to the lake if you wanna swim, I would definitely recommend staying here especially if your wanting to visit austin.

Cozy place, ideal for a near but not in Austin getaway with friends. Very clean. New fluffy towels. Peaceful surroundings, however we were there midweek and never saw any neighbors so that may be why. Loved it was pet friendly for our pup. The one bedroom has a door that goes to the fenced in back yard which was super convenient. And the back porch was perfect for morning coffee or just to unwind in the evenings.

My husband and I stayed here with our 1 year old son and had a fantastic time. Nancy had absolutely everything we needed with a little one. The pack n play, mattress for the pack n play, the high chair, children’s plates and utensils, and the toys and books were extremely helpful. They had plenty of life jackets, beach towels and floaties that we really didn’t need to bring much with us. We will definitely be back!

John's unit, located within Barton Creek Lakeside, is just great. Well furnished with everything one might need and actually is even more lovely than the pictures present. Very comfortable in all ways. We rented both sides to this duplex for a family gathering and it could not have worked out more perfectly. Do not hesitate to stay here. Really nice.

Quiet, private location. Love that we could take our dogs. Loved: spacious living areas, screened porch & deck (although we used it less than expected due to weather), bluebonnets. Beds comfortable, kitchen stocked. Bring bottled water. Loved seeing & feeding the deer every night & morning. We brought extra deer corn. Took our Roku for the TVs. We expected to have access to the washer/dryer which is in the listing. Wasn’t a deal killer, but we didn’t bring as many clothes because of that and weather got chilly. We knew the river might be low, but would have good to know in advance just how low it was as well as the difficulty getting down to the river. We had to cut our own path through the weeds. It’s a bit of a challenging hike. We were able to catch several large fish from the shore (bass & catfish). Can see lots of stars & sunsets. Overall, a very homey & comfortable place to stay.

Andrea's place was exactly as described. My wife and I had a relaxing weekend here at this humble house in a great area, close to wineries, Austin, and the lakes. Would definitely come back again.
