Great value for money, responsive host. The smart locks to access the building are tricky, make sure to have good internet - reinstall the app if they seem to go offline. For parking you need to register your car daily.

It was very clean and colorful. There were lot of paintings which was nice to look at. Brand new unit with lots of amenities.

The property was great. Location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Had some bad weather and didnt get to BBQ outside, but feel that would have also been enjoyable in the courtyard area. Great mini vacation spot.

We loved our stay at Kenieshiear's place! She was so responsive, and the place was as advertised. We had an issue with the noise of other neighbors outside of the quiet hours, and after we mentioned it to Kenieshiear, she made sure she would solve any issues in the future. Overall we had a wonderful stay, and all of us (including our pup) felt right at home :)

The apartment was pristine and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the special touches like cocktail set, amazing coffee maker (the first Airbnb I've stayed in that I didn't have to buy coffee for!), sunscreen and toiletries. The host was proactively communicative and provided not only clear instructions but helpful local suggestions. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and fully stocked. The location of the apartment is in a walkable area of downtown Austin and looks out over Town Lake, with easy access to the hike & bike. We also enjoyed the coffee bar/drink bar that is in the lobby. The rooftop pool was a great option for a hot day. Highly recommend this apartment!

Sarah’s place is great and in a perfect location. The comms were amazing which led to a seamless process which made things very easy. Place was immaculate, and has all the essentials for a short or a long stay. I would highly recommend this host and stay to anyone looking to enjoy their first trip to Austin (like I did) or returning!

I can’t tell you enough about Sydney and this house! Sydney was the most responsive host I’ve ever met in a rental. She was so accommodating, responsive, and just super friendly. The house was absolutely beautiful. We came here to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday party, and the house was just perfect for that occasion. The game room was great! The bedrooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. The master shower was awesome, with room for two, and was extremely clean. The pool and outdoor space were perfect for our party. The pool was spacious, clean, and fun. The pool/spa controls were easy to understand and use. We had such a great time! If you’re looking to celebrate any occasion and need a great house to make it memorable, then this is the house for you!

This is a beautiful property, spaces are very family & pet oriented. Hana was very responsive & accommodating. Having the boat ramp right beside the property was a big bonus! We all had a blast & look forward to enjoying this property again. Thank you!

This is a wonderful spot for a small group. I went with a group of buddies as a college reunion and it slept 8 comfortably. The kitchen and grill are well equipped, so we were able to slow down and enjoy each other's company around the meals. The balcony was a dream, very spacious and good amount of furniture. The neighborhood was amenities were amazing. A nice private beach, fun golf course, and pickleball courts were amenities we enjoyed taking advantage of. We would love to come back and stay with Kate again.

This place is just absolutely insane and the PERFECT getaway! We had so much fun on this trip. There was so much to do from walking the property, hanging out on the deck, paddle boarding, kayaking, “cliff” jumping, seat floating (idk what they are called, you sit on them and float, not noodles) sun tanning, shell collecting, grilling, the pavilion and fire pit! Sooo many amenities and things to choose from! And not to mention the view, it’s OUTRAGEOUSLY astonishing! We will definitely be staying again as this place has found a special place in our hearts from the start!

Always a great experience at Holly’s place . My home away from home - to unwind and just relax! You will have a top notch condo with all the extras , beautiful views of lake , great patio furniture , comfy beds and an amazing Lovesac sofa . Small quiet community with lots of fun things to enjoy outdoors. Holly is a great Host and is always available for any questions or concerns. You can’t go wrong renting this amazing place ! I absolutely love spending time here !

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with the AC the first night but Liza was very responsive and had it fixed quickly. She was very responsive and a great host. She gave me some good recommendations of places to go around town. Her post was very accurate. All the photos and descriptions were right on. It was a beautiful and relaxing get away. We enjoyed our stay. The condo looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The condo had a nice view of the water and a nice view from the primary bedroom. We ate twice at the restaurant that is on the premises. The host was very responsive when I reached out to ask a few questions.

Enjoyed the beautiful scenery including the deer andTravis Lake. It rained and stormed two out of the three nights we stayed but the weather was beautiful during the day which allowed us to spend time at the pool and take in some much needed vitamin C. I would definitely recommend others to visit.

Brandi's place was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. My neices loved the pool and especially the beach entrance to the lake. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy with fresh nice linens. Highly recommend this place, we will definitely come back. Thank you Brandi

R&Ms hosting and information was fantastic. The rental was great value and we will be coming back. The resort was spotless, very well kept, getting older but in great condition and the staff were friendly and helpful. We hiked at several local trails and creeks and came back to a beautiful place to relax.
