We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

My husband, daughter, and I spent 5 nights at Rich's place and loved the space, privacy, backyard area, and comfortable bed! the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking several meals there. We had our own bikes and it was a quick ride down to the beach and the bay and although you are on a busy street, there is no noise in the casita as it's behind the main house. Rich was a very responsive and friendly host and the space is great- highly recommended!

Lynae’s place was wonderful, as was Lynae! Balboa park right nearby, with gorgeous trails and scenery. Walkable to North Park area which had a fun variety of bars, shops, and restaurants. Lynae was a wonderful host - responsive, kind, flexible - and the home was bright, airy, with gorgeous views. We couldn’t say enough good things about the wall of jasmine walking in. Thank you Lynae for having us in your home!

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home with their warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. They go above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of — you can genuinely feel how much they care about their guests. The guest home itself is absolutely majestic. Nestled right by the ocean (2mi), it’s a peaceful, serene retreat with beautiful greenery and a calming atmosphere that melts all your stress away. Every corner of the space is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. If you’re looking for a quiet, luxurious, and welcoming escape by the sea, look no further. Leanne and Jim’s place is a hidden gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I can't say enough about how much I loved this place. Beautiful view, private deck, lovely furnishings, stocked but not overstocked kitchen, good restaurant recommendations, friendly hosts. Perfect size for 1-2 people. Wish I could live here.

Desiree is such a sweet host! My husband, five month old, and I stayed in her Airbnb and we very much enjoyed our time. The place was well kept and clean. She had the guest house stocked with all the essentials which made it so nice and convenient. Anytime we had a question or request, she was quick to respond and resolve. The location is close to many great coffee shops, restaurants, and things to do. Glad we found this place and would definitely book it again in the future!!

The place was clean. comfortable and conveniently located for our purposes. Carlos is friendly and easy to work with. It’s the second time we’ve stayed there and hopefully, not our last.

From the host to the tranquil casita, everything was perfect! Such a serene quiet place to sit and have coffee outside in the mornings. The host also provided fresh local alkaline spring water and it was such an appreciated gesture. Exceeded our expectations for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at the Casita’s after staying at the big house with our extended family. It was spacious and well designed for comfort. I loved drinking my morning coffee at the comfy outdoor table. Very relaxing and the hosts are amazingly helpful.

This was the perfect little getaway location to attend a local wedding. Private entrance and the wonderful surprise of a nice private backyard patio area. Slept like babies. Pretty windchime. I needed a bit more time on checkout and Ewa was quick to respond and was receptive. Would definitely recommend and when in the area, I would rebook!

A fantastic location in North Park near Balboa Park with gorgeous views from the 2nd floor deck. It made for a gorgeous backdrop for graduation family photos! There are ample nearby restaurant choices for this safe and quiet neighborhood. Comes with a very comfortable bed, and a variety of pillows with an efficient kitchenette.. only wish the shower head streamed more water. Hosts were very gracious and responsive to our requests. I definitly plan to stay here again and have already recommended this awesome place to friends.

José's place it great! It's cozy, private and close to everything. José was welcoming and gave some great local recommendations. The place was clean and comfortable. This hilltop house was absolutely worth it and I would suggest anyone needing a place in the area stay there.

This property was perfect, it was just 5 minutes from the ocean and truly felt like home away from home. Libby was an amazing host, very communicative and gave us some great recommendations of things to do in the area!

Great place & location! Walking distance to a lot of things in OB. On our last night we had some difficulty getting the door to unlock, but Ryan graciously answered our call late at night and quickly helped us get back into the unit.

The place was exactly as described! Paid for a place with far less amenities for the exact same price range so definitely recommend this one!

The house was better than I imagined, I felt at home!!! It had everything we needed, Bonnie was super detailed in every detail giving us the feeling of being at home!!! The view was wonderful, beautiful place!!! The communication was wonderful, she answered me instantly every time I needed!!! Best experience I've ever had!!! Thank you Bonnie for so much affection!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in Laura‘s Casita next to the beach, and it was fantastic. The beach is just past the driveway and down the stairs, allowing us to hear the soothing sound of the waves crashing from our patio. One of the highlights of our trip was enjoying the fire pit on our last night. Lauren also recommended 333 Pacific Steak and Seafood and we were blown away by the food! We also discovered the rooftop bar at the Mission Pacific Hotel which was a highlight of our stay. We would definitely choose one of Lauren‘s places again when we return to Oceanside.

my daughter and I stayed at Susie and Britt's poolhouse for 6 nights when we were in the San Diego area for a wedding. At first we thought we would look for a beach rental but then heard that it can be foggy on the coast during May and June and going 5 miles inland can make a big difference with weather. we looked in Rancho Sante Fe because that we where the wedding venue was located and we really hit the jackpot! Everything is just as described- very relaxing times in the jacuzzi and by the fire pit in the evenings. The travel to the surrounding SanDiego sights was super easy. Highly recommend this rental!!!

Great place, looks just as it does online. It was a little further from little Italy and downtown than I thought, but no more than a 2 hour drive. It was good because we brought our dog, and he liked the little yard.

This space was exactly as pictured and worked well for me to get around vista, Oceanside and San Marcos. Easy ride down to SD as well. Would book again.
