Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Key West

The place was amazing!! plenty of room for our family of 5. All of the fishing equipment was awesome!! From the rods and tackle, to the deep freezer with bait, the extras made the whole trip more enjoyable. Loved the house. It was perfect!!! Will definately be back in the future!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Dennis is amazing and had several great recommendations for us to eat and do! The dock out back was beautiful and we were even able to see manatees! The pool was a GREAT addition and my family wouldn’t have wanted to explore the Keys any other way! The neighbors are also friendly and great to talk to! Overall beautiful place! My family and I would stay again!

The house was clean and a great option for traveling as a large group. It was away from the bustle of Key West, but still easy to get around, and the restaurants nearby are delicious.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home in Marathon Keys! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property is extremely well-maintained and spotless. The house was immaculately clean, which made settling in with kids feel effortless and comfortable.The two-story layout was perfect for our family, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The home is definitely kid-friendly and family-oriented, with thoughtful touches throughout. The pool was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, and we had so much fun spending our evenings enjoying it! The kitchen was gorgeous and fully equipped with high-quality appliances, which made cooking meals together easy and enjoyable. We brought both a 22-foot bay boat and a 22-foot pontoon, and docking was a breeze. Overall, this home was the perfect place for our family getaway. We made unforgettable memories here and would absolutely return. Highly recommended for families looking for a home in the Keys!

me and my partner had an incredible time! beautiful place, wonderful hosts, amazing view. genuinely the pictures do not do this amazing place justice! it was incredible. everything was so perfect, they had everything and more of what we needed and wanted. extra sheets, pillows, medicine, paper and regular plates, cleaning supplies, beach towels and chairs, sunscreen, even went as far as to get seasonings for the guests that stay. they had a guide book for places to look at around the area and were very helpful whenever we had any questions. we absolutely LOVED this airbnb thank you so much to Ray and his wonderful wife for providing us this memorable trip.

Wonderful location, quiet community, and the property manager was amazing with communication. The home was absolutely beautiful, a great outdoor space, clean and cozy. Definitely would recommend!!

The pool was absolutely stunning—perfectly maintained, crystal-clear, and the true highlight of our trip. Every room felt thoughtfully designed and meticulously decorated, with beautiful coastal touches and upscale finishes that made the space feel both luxurious and welcoming. You can really tell the owner put a lot of care into every detail—from the cozy bedding and well-stocked kitchen to the smart layout and stylish accents throughout the home. The amenities were top-notch: great AC, comfortable beds, high-end appliances, outdoor seating, grill area, shuffleboard, pool table and even beach towels and gear available for guest use. The place was great. Very clean and was better than the pics. Back patio was amazing and we caught fish off the dock with the supplied fishing poles (after getting our fishing license of course). It was the perfect homebase as we explored the keys.

Very nice condo in key colony beach, affordable, great stay for a family. Clean rooms, nice pool, nice private beach area, will bring family down again.

Our stay at Street Suite was enjoyable from the time we checked in to the time we left. We enjoyed people watching from the balcony overlooking Duval Street. The room was perfect for us -its seating is a tad different from the photo, with just one love seat and a bistro table and chairs. It still worked and did not make a difference to us since we spent such little time in the room. There is a golf cart, bicycle, and scooter place right across the street. A key lime and ice cream shop below for those late-night munchies. It's a perfect location for an airbnb. We are already planning our next visit!

The unit itself was great, clean , cute and close to the action yet far enough so it wasn’t noisy. My only complaint was that the upper windows needed curtains (we had to stuff pillows and cushions to block what light we could) without the room is lit up street and neighbors porch or spot lights. In the morning the sun comes blazing in. By 8:00 am you literally need sunglasses 😎. Other than that we enjoyed the place

This was our first family trip to the Keys and this location in Marathon was ideal! The condo was welcoming, beautiful and spacious for our family of 3. The balcony was our favorite place, which overlooked the pool and the seashore. The beach was lovely for shorter walks and just "being" with the ocean. Fun seashells & hermit crabs at low tide! Lots to do in the area -- definitely hoping to return next year. Mike was fantastic host & super helpful with questions.

Right next to Duval Street, easily walkable to major attractions, restaurants, bars.. Host was super responsive, friendly, and really worked with us on anything we needed.. Great place!

We are absolutely in love with this place. The views are gorgeous. the grounds were immaculately groomed. There are so many colorful trees and flowers. The pool is slightly heated, which is perfect. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful with recommendations. We got to see the jets fly over a few times, so cool. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks. The beds in both rooms are very comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing stay in this wonderful Condominium! The host was absolutely fabulous - super responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay! A little outside of the heart of Key West so it was very quiet. This place does have a unit above, luckily we were not bothered by any sort of upstairs noise. Would recommend!

Kimberly’s condo was the perfect home base for exploring the upper keys. We enjoyed the views, the well equipped kitchen, and the pool!

This is a top notch airbnb. Excellent communication from the host, extremely clean, well stocked condo, generous supplies beautiful decor. We stayed 8 days in the condo and felt right at home. Loved the large pool. We caught many fish and cooked at the condo all but 2 evenings and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Really appreciated the assortment of coolers provided for day trips. Thank you again, John!

This listing was everything and more! The space was very clean, and provided all of the necessary amenities. As far as location…top tier. All the major attractions and beaches were a short 15 minute drive. Chris was responsive when I reached out. Truly a gem, and I would recommend this space again and again.
