Vacation rentals in Monroe County

We had a wonderful stay, there was plenty of room for our family of 4 (5- and 7-year-old kids). We trailered a small boat and the marina/docks were fantastic, exploring the area via boat was a breeze. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Host was always responsive and the house looks just like the photos. The backyard is a great space and we enjoyed our stay!

Everything was amazing, however if you have family that can’t get up stairs this is not the place. There is no bathroom down stairs

We love this place and will be back! Privacy, yet in a nice community with a pool and waterfront, the kayaks were great, and we used them every day, two kitchens, and a wonderful grill made it easy to make meals and be outside in her wonderful outdoor Seating areas. We also loved to watch TV outdoors after coming from the cold in Ohio! We are hooked on this community and we will definitely be back next year! We brought our dog Lucy and she loved it too from the dog beach close by to the walks in the community, and her own private patio to lay and watch everything! The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom full size and everything was very clean! I would give it 10 stars if I could! This is a place where you can stop working for a few days a week or a month, and just relax! Whether it be by the pool or on the patio or inside, it was a comfortable place to just let your hair down !

Brian's place was just as advertised. Clean, convenient, close to pier 5. Walking distance to good food and night life. Close and drivable to area attractions like South Beach and Little Havana which we went to and had a fabulous time. Great view of Miami's harbour. Awesome in house amenities like a pool and work out area. Safe and secure in the building as well as elevators, coffee shop and leaving the building. Attached parking garage was a plus and we where able to park right outside our unit on the 15th floor. Overall a 5 star experience and Brian helped make it happen.

The space was inviting. Had the necessary amenities and resources for a comfortable stay. Owner was very responsive and understanding.

Excellent location in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The house was like new, everything was clean and fresh. Very well equipped kitchen and baths. Lots of space indoors and out, with a beautiful small pool! Would definitely recommend this property for a peaceful getaway in the heart of the Florida Keys!!!
