Vacation rentals with a patio in Monroe County

The place smelled so good and was so clean when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect. So many good bars/restaurants in walking distance we didn't need to take a lyft/uber hardly at all and it's really close to the airport. The host's communication was great and she was really helpful any time we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

I would definitely stay here again. The garden oasis was everything. Easy to come and go with gate & door codes. Unit is modern and clean, love the shower. Easy to catch ride-shares anywhere. Close to Wynwood. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our journey. We attended a wedding and the venue was 10 minutes from Emerita's, this is why we picked this neighborhood. The house was very clear and very spacious. She left snacks, coffee, sugar, even a bottle of wine for us which we did not use but it was very appreciated. The house can sleep 12 people very comfortably. The neighborhood is not noisy.

Belle responded within minutes of any questions. This home is in a safe walkable neighborhood and extremely spotless. Belle! We’ll definitely be back.

I landed a lil earlier than check in time and I messaged the host and ask if I can check in a lil early and she accommodated me the earliest she could. The place looked exactly like the picture, very clean and everything we needed. Places was really close by to din, neighborhood was very quiet and clean. The home was immaculate, all the necessary dishes, pans, appliances. There were no extras such as coffee filters or cooking oils etc. The setting was very beautiful and well maintained and many amenities. It is a family friendly community with multiple young children. Location near restaurants and activities was great. And we really enjoyed the screened in porch. Thanks!

We were comfortable here. It was easy to find and parking was always available. It was quiet except near the airport, but it wasn't disturbing. There were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer, which were convenient.

Great communication and location. was nice having in-room laundry too!

Lisa is a great host! She was responsive since the day I booked. Sent clear instructions on getting in and out. Checked on my wife and I to make sure everything was ok in the rental.
