We love this place. Our home has great access to everything San Diego has to offer. A short distance to the beach, Belmont Park, Sea World, and only 15 minutes to La Jolla Cove, Balboa Park or Downtown San Diego. You'll be living in a beautiful San Diego Beach Community while you're here. Our home is spacious with three full bathrooms and a game room downstairs. Please note: this is a second floor townhouse and we have neighbors downstairs, quiet are hours from 10 PM-8AM.

We're open! Welcome to "Good Times & Tan lines". Oct 2021 we have HVAC. We also have a brand new 7 person Hot-tub as of Oct 2020. We love our SD home and are so excited to be able to make it a perfect vacation getaway. This 4 bedroom home is well suited for families or several couples. It is close to everything in San Diego - but no need to leave, as you can enjoy the pool & Jacuzzi in the backyard.
