Located with two miles of the Georgetown Square and nightlife. Home offers the best of all worlds with the interior including wall wine racks, kitchen appliances, and spacious suite rooms with adjacent areas for office work. This includes the huge lot space for outside activities.

Small and cozy unique apartment on a hill, overlooking Stillhouse Lake. It's tucked in the back of our shop/garage, with a partially shade covered deck. Kick back and watch the wildlife while drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful views. We are in the Country but close to Stillhouse Lake, and only a short drive to Cadence Bank Center (Bell County Expo), and Belton City Center, UMHB, Killeen, Chalk Ridge or Dana Peak Park. There is parking including room for a Boat/Trailer.

Enjoy the whole house to yourself (1350sqft of accessable space to you). You'll have 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds and 2.5 bathrooms. You can park your car in the garage and you'll get the garage door opener. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. You'll have two Tv's with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime. The house also includes a washer and dryer for use. The backyard is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).
