Beautifully updated home inside. Everything was very warm and cozy and fit our family perfectly. Grant responded very quickly and even found a plumber to come fix a small leak on Thanksgiving day! We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.

Our hosts were incredible---responsive and very easy to contact! The house is well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation over the Thanksgiving holidays. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and plenty of towels, linens, and household items made our stay very enjoyable. The golf cart got us around a couple of times easily, and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We will be booking this lovely home again. Our highest rating!

What an amazing stay! Deborah was extremely kind and responsive to all of my inquiries. She provided great suggestions and the home was immaculate! I usually travel armed with a ton of disinfectant and sanitizer, but there was no need at her home. The entire place was spotless and had everything we needed. We had one small maintenance issue (if you can call it that), and she had a repairman out within the hour. There was also ample space for our fur baby to roam comfortably, which was a huge plus for my family. This truly was a home away from home and we are so grateful to have had this experience.

Great and quiet location! This house was the perfect size for our stay and a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go! Communication was smooth and very easy.

We had an amazing stay at Bo and MaryMar’s home! It’s so cozy and quaint, with every detail perfectly thought out. The place was furnished with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. We especially loved having our morning coffee by the pool—it was so peaceful and relaxing. The neighborhood is really sweet too, perfect for nice walks and just soaking in the quiet atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

My family had to travel to Goose Creek for a funeral Thanksgiving weekend, and so the place was perfectly located between our family who live there and where the funeral services were. We only had one concern about bed sizes in one room (photo and description didn't match) and fourth bedroom location, but Michael and team responded quickly, and our family was able to make arrangements. Though we weren't there for a joyous occasion, knowing the area, it is conveniently located 10-15 minutes from the mall, lots of restaurants, Walmart, highway, and North Charleston without being in the hustle and bustle the busyness, so we'd be okay staying again if needing a place and family wasn't an option.

There were 5 of us for a Bachelorette Party and this home was everything we needed! Great location, 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston, and it had everything we needed. Comfy living space, plenty of room, comfy beds, and plenty of extra linen. It was easy to find in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

This house is definitely a great place to chill and relax. They were very kind to leave us a chocolate cake, wine and coffee. Very respectful. I’d recommend it to any of my friends

The place was perfect for our start!! The location was great and the host was very welcoming and communicative!

Perfect for what we needed and a steal for the area. My husband and I walked pretty much the entire peninsula and this space was the perfect resting spot. King St is so cool- what a dreamy city! We budgeted for parking fees thanks to instructions from the listing so there were no surprises with that. Easy booking and would definitely stay here again!

Great location- quiet neighborhood within walking distance of several coffee shops and restaurants. Very clean and neat space. Super comfortable bed. Would stay here again without reservation!

Christopher was the best host- even had a table and Thanksgiving table cloth ready for our 9 guest group!! So prompt and tespindive with amy of our questions!!! the BEST!!

This place is absolutely adorable. It was small but there was plenty of room for three girls on a girl’s trip! The owners made smart decisions when utilizing the space so we didn’t feel like we were cramped. The furnishing and decor were so inviting. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows for the beds and plenty of towels. Communication with the hosts before, during and after the trip was impressive and appreciated. We didn’t have to wait very long for a response from the hosts. The location is in a great spot and if you have comfortable shoes, you can easily walk to the popular areas. Love, love, love this place and we would highly recommend anyone to stay at this charming place when visiting Charleston. Thank you Jen and Tom!

We had such a great visit! This was exactly what we needed for our weekend away! The place was clean, comfortable and accessible. It was a quiet neighborhood but still within driving distance to things to do! Everything was amazing! Thank you so much!

Short and sweet, great home, fantastic location. On site parking for one spot was a great perk, parking around there can be difficult. The master feels distant from the rest of the house, which is nice.

We originally booked Chris's place because he was the only listing with a first floor bedroom and walk in shower attached to it. That was the most important feature I was looking for to accommodate my elderly father so kudos to Chris for having this feature, there aren't many out there. The minute we crossed the threshold I immediately felt at ease. The home is warm and inviting, it felt as if I was going into a home I was familiar with. We were there for a wedding so unfortunately we did not get to spend a whole lot of time inside there but when we were there we had everything we needed. The community is really nice and very quiet. The area has many stores, restaurants and take out close by and if you want to go into Charleston it's not far at all and you get to drive over the most spectacular bridge to get there. I definitely would recommend Chris's place to any of my family or friends without hesitation. Book this gem, you won't regret it.

We were down there for a wedding that was at Kiawah River and Charlotte’s condo was a very convenient place to stay. It was clean and comfortable with pretty views of the marsh..

This is a great place to stay right on the beach. The rooms were all very clean. Check in could not be easier. This is worth your money for sure.

Great stay on IOP, easy walk to the beach and restaurants, etc. Clean and stocked appropriately. Would stay here again.

John’s condo has a great 1st floor view of the ocean and the sunrise is spectacular. We enjoyed a quick after-Thanksgiving weekend stay to hang out with friends. Thanks for letting us stay, John!

We stayed at Dawn's place for 2 nights over Thanksgiving. She was extremely helpful and responsive. The place was just as described and had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfortable. Will definitely rent from her again.

It was a fantastic location and it was convenient to travel to other locations.
