Great yard for pets -large with a secure fence- we are here in December but the yard is usable due to a beautiful giant live oak so shade was plentiful 💚 Great house very tidy and clean and responsive host. Already booked a second stay.

Great location for us. We thought the house was clean and comfortable. We would stay again if we were in the area.

I have booked Laurence's home several times because it is always a great experience, and very clean and comfortable! It also could not be more well-located to all that Charleston has to offer-- it is close to Folly Beach and only a few minutes drive to downtown Charleston!

Our stay at Eddie’s was great! They were very responsive and helpful and we had a great time. Everything was clean and the convenience of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was very nice. This is a great area if you rent a car but we didn’t so we did Uber quite a bit since the main strip in Park Circle - with restaurants/bars - was about a 20 minute walk and we didn’t always feel comfortable making it at night. The location is fairly close to downtown so that was an easy trip as well. Overall it was a great trip and a comfortable stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The neighborhood is peaceful, great for walking, and full of friendly people. The porch and yard are cozy, featuring spectacular oak trees and Spanish moss, creating a southern coastal vibe. Parking is convenient, comfortably fitting two full sized trucks. The neighborhood is easily accessible from the highway. The home is spacious and clean, with lots of space to gather or spread out. Kids will love the upstairs loft; it’s a really neat space. The renovation quality and furniture selections are superior to other properties we’ve seen. Comfy beds, clean sheets, and home provisions were well appointed. Local guide books were a nice touch. Dawson immediately responded to messages, usually within minutes. He cares about guests’ concerns and works diligently to address them. He is dedicated to providing a 5-star experience and certainly earned his Superhost rating. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a few days’ stay in Charleston.

It’s what a beach bungalow should be. House has a beautiful vintage feel but is completely updated. I love that they stayed true in there decor to the cabin’s history. Would absolutely stay here again

Kathys place was great! there was 7 of us and the place was very spacious and clean. she was always quick to respond and very helpful. it was a quiet neighborhood and a perfect location. I very much appreciated the simple check in and out. Hope to return again!

We stayed for 4 days and loved the neighborhood. It is north of Charleston in a neighborhood called Park Circle. There was an epic playground we could walk to and plenty of coffee and restaurants to walk to as well. So on the days when we didn’t feel like driving down into Charleston we had a lovely time. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was decent - these are the things we always look for!

Lovely place to stay whilst i visited for work, very close to our office. The bed was the best bed i have ever slept on! And i didnt get a chance to check out what it was please tell me i neeeed that mattress! Haha No problems checking in the keypad was simple. Thank you for hosting us!

Lovely condo in a cute little neighborhood. Neighbors seemed friendly. Parking for 2nd car was odd but not an issue. Would definitely book here again.

I rented this beautiful cottage for my elderly parents. It was easy for them to get in and out and navigate the simple door lock. Inside it was bright, chic and bohemian charming. Everything that you could need was already placed in thoughtful locations. The kitchen was very well equipped, and you could easily cook meals there. The location is very close to the beach and very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here!

Joseph was a great host ! He was very responsive and helpful. The place was as described , clean and close to everything. I would Defly recommend Joseph’s property to family and friends. I would stay here again as well ! Thank you guys.

Oasis on John’s Island. Relaxing, welcoming, and unique. Enjoyed working from the treehouse and some morning saunas!

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay at Walter's Place. The Host is very nice and responsive! The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and private. The Apartment is cut and clean. We will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful location and well kept inside and out. Fishing and campfires were a young boy’s dream. Erik was available to answer questions in a timely manner. I appreciate not having a long list of dos and don’t for the stay and check out. Very simple allowing more time to enjoy the amenities of this lovely property.

Suzy’s place was just as described. The place was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if working in the area.

Wonderful getaway location in the Low Country. Peaceful setting and great accomodations.

The cabin was perfect for Thanksgiving. The property is so large and the views are amazing. It was very easy to get around from the cabin but also secluded enough for ample privacy. The trip was so relaxing and a real treat to stay here!

We found a diamond in the rough with this home! It was in a very peaceful and quiet location. The interior was extremely cozy and rustic. It was clean and had the amenities we needed. Upon arrival, the house smelled wonderful! The host supplied fresh eggs which were wonderful! We actually did not want to leave. We jokingly talked amongst us that we would like to go ask if we could help on their hobby farm and stay on! We will revisit this lovely home again!
