Place was wonderful would definitely stay again.

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

The place was even better than the pictures. The water level was great, the location is unbeatable and the hosts were so kind to answer any questions and accommodate us as well as possible. I’d recommend this place to anyone that wants to experience the lake/river area 30 min from Austin. We can’t wait to go back with more family!

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

We really liked the spot. It was as described. Clean, easy instructions, comfortable beds. It was a great place to stay near the lake and near Austin, but not TOO close. Lots of state and county parks to explore. Very quiet as well. We would stay here again without doubt.

This was a great spot for our weekend hang out. Endless activities to do both in the Airbnb and outside. Also the interior was very nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive and even proactive in reaching out to me beforehand with useful information. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect! the property was beautiful! So many amenities! Right on the water and the kyaks were great to have to see the area! Chris was outstanding and so helpful! I will Absolutely be back again and again!!

We really enjoyed Holly’s place, it was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded her description. The location is very centralized if you’re looking to explore Marble falls and the Highland lake region. The apartment was super clean, updated and comfortable. The property was well kept, I can see us coming back this summer to enjoy the beach, pools and other amenities with our grandchildren. Holly was super helpful and responsive with some great restaurant suggestions (Boat Town will be r a regular go to for us when we visit). We had an extremely positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very comfortable home with all of the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and view of the lake was pretty. It was fun to see deer in the neighborhood.

beautiful place,it was to windy both days so did not get to use the kayaks or have fire at the outdoor fireplace home very clean bring your own coffee pods, ground coffee was provided which we did use. Bring your own board games if that's what you enjoy. The view is beautiful Great pics on deck in evening The bunk will only hold someone under 125lbs guest bath has little water pressure at the sink. Shower is fine

Best Airbnb experience I’ve had! Clean, tidy, and comfortable. Responsive & helpful host. Well stocked toiletries, paper goods, kitchen utensils, lake stuff, etc. Easy access to lake, pools, and other amenities. The entire condo property was well kept and clean, including firewood for the fire pit and grills! Great spot on the lake.

This lake house is outstanding! It is in a great spot on the Llano River. Perfect for fishing, swimming, SUPs and kayaks! The layout of the house and cabana were great for three families with kids to gather for a weekend of fun! We did not want to leave and can’t wait to go back!!!

Stayed here a second time for my fiancé’s birthday. First time we came here was our first date 4 years ago. Still as pretty as we remembered it!! Carol Ann was super nice and responsive. 100% would stay a third time!

We had a great time at Lacey’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was a weekend girls trip and the house had enough beds that our party of 8 slept comfortably. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice and peaceful trip to Lake Travis.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Jen’s lakeside Airbnb! The location was breathtaking, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Waking up to the serene lake view was a highlight. Jen was an exceptional host—friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend .

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The location is unbeatable—right on the water, with a private area perfect for fishing and unwinding in total peace. The house itself is cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Me and my friends had such a great time hiking and exploring the surrounding areas it’s right in between austin, marble falls, and fredrigsburg! I would definitely recommend staying here!
