Beautiful comfortable inviting home. Cozy, comfortable & decorated so lovely. Hanging out on the front porch was our favorite. The view is beautiful. Highly recommend

A little older place but very clean and it had everything for 6 adults of different ages. The air conditioning felt great after a day in the heat. Many local restaurants to enjoy and an easy walk to. Easy uber downtown and most cost were less than $20. Larry was there with advice and fast to reach. I would stay there again next visit to Austin.

Nancy's place was spotless and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoors space and creek behind the house.

This is an adorable lakefront house in a charming neighborhood. We spent most of our Austin trip relaxing together at the house, instead of visiting attractions around town. That's just what the group wanted to do! Sun, water, lake life, turtles and friends. This is a great house for all enjoying all of that.

We spent a great week here with our family and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's a beautifully decorated home just 5 minutes from South Congress. We loved the pool and spent our evenings enjoying the garden. Communication with Brendan and Collin was easy and they were kind and responsive at all times. We’ll definitely stay here again when we're back!

You will have a top notch condo with all the extras , beautiful views of lake , great patio furniture , comfy beds and an amazing Lovesac sofa . Small quiet community with lots of fun things to enjoy outdoors. Holly is a great Host and is always available for any questions or concerns. You can’t go wrong renting this amazing place ! I absolutely love spending time here !

Awesome place right on the Colorado River. The scenery was beautiful and we had a kayak available to kayak on the river. The house was in great shape and we had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend. A+++++

This has been the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had . Not only was the place beautiful but the responsiveness and helpfulness from John made it that much better ! We stayed here the night before our wedding and it was so beautiful to have some privacy and a peaceful and serene atmosphere for the morning of when I wanted some time alone to focus on my vows . The shower in the master bedroom was also my favorite part ! Everything was just so beautiful and very clean ! They also had a lot of games to entertain you during your stay and that also made our stay memorable ! Will definitely be staying again if ever in the Lago vista area .

Brandi's place was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. My neices loved the pool and especially the beach entrance to the lake. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy with fresh nice linens. Highly recommend this place, we will definitely come back. Thank you Brandi

Enjoyed the beautiful scenery including the deer andTravis Lake. It rained and stormed two out of the three nights we stayed but the weather was beautiful during the day which allowed us to spend time at the pool and take in some much needed vitamin C. I would definitely recommend others to visit.

This place is just absolutely insane and the PERFECT getaway! We had so much fun on this trip. There was so much to do from walking the property, hanging out on the deck, paddle boarding, kayaking, “cliff” jumping, seat floating (idk what they are called, you sit on them and float, not noodles) sun tanning, shell collecting, grilling, the pavilion and fire pit! Sooo many amenities and things to choose from! And not to mention the view, it’s OUTRAGEOUSLY astonishing! We will definitely be staying again as this place has found a special place in our hearts from the start!

Our family of 10 enjoyed this Lake House home. It is perfect for families. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a nice separation of bedrooms on the upper level for the adults allowing our teenage kids to have the lower level bedrooms, but there were also bedrooms laid out to accommodate parents and children of younger ages on the lower level. We especially enjoyed the game room with table tennis, foosball and darts. The home has a flat, grassy back yard and we were easily able to set up a volleyball net and play soccer. The friendly deer emerged in the evenings and mornings and were a delight. The owner, Matt, was a very responsive host and answered our questions promptly. We were prepared for lower lake levels given the drought at Lake Travis, so note that the hike down to the water and the dock is steep and rocky given the current conditions.

Stayed here a second time for my fiancé’s birthday. First time we came here was our first date 4 years ago. Still as pretty as we remembered it!! Carol Ann was super nice and responsive. 100% would stay a third time!

We had a great time at this lake house! We had the whole family (4 adults and 3 small children). The accommodations were great. The kids were able to swim from the dock and we were able to park our tritoon without any issues. We took full advantage of the grill, hot tub, and sauna. We highly recommend if you are looking for a lake getaway.

Very beautiful place to stay with lovely decks overlooking the water. Canoes and kayaks available and swimming best a the HOA boat ramp and dock nearby. Lots of birds and wildlife. The neighborhood was quiet, and only one or two boats on the water while we were there. Easy to walk in the neighborhood and people were friendly. Robert's nstructions were clear and helpful.

Had a wonderful birthday girls weekend at this spot. Location was great. House is quaint and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful grounds and foliage and everything you could need for the water. We all had a great time!!
