Great place to stay in Franklin. It is not supreme luxury but it is very livable without the stress of being in a showplace. Convenient to all local attractions and necessities. Well stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, etc). Ample clean linens. Clean comfortable bed. Host was very responsive.

This was a great house to stay at. Very comfortable and home like. Loved the view and the large deck. Had everything we needed including toys for kids. Good area, near lots of stuff to do including using the resort amenities, restaurants, waterfalls and shopping. Would stay again.

Very pleasant and clean. Nice decor without being cluttered. Nice kitchen. Great view. We were here in December and there was even a Christmas Tree.

These town houses were just right for 4 families. It was a great location for the plans we had for the three days we were there. Biltmore House in Ashville; Luminaries in Dillsboro; shopping in Bryson City and Waynesville. Kitchens were very well equipped. Very nice!

Sundrop Community is secluded and peaceful. Met the neighbors, everybody was super nice. Townhouse was perfect for what I needed. I was there to fly fish Caney Fork and the access to 2000’ of riverfront property was great. Two wood burning fireplaces were awesome (bring your own wood). Sundog were amazing and very helpful. The only negative I would say (it is not really negative), the listing indicates it is good for up to 6 people-I would disagree. Although there were 2 mobile air mattresses this place IMO is suitable for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

Aida was wonderfully helpful. We stayed over Christmas and liked it so much that we are now renting for close to a year while building our home. The townhouse is very clean and comfortable with every amenity you can think of. We are grateful to have found such a lovely place with such wonderful landlords. Karen and Bill

Aida has gone above and beyond to offer a clean and very comfortable place, full with thoughtful items, extremely comfortable bed in master, plenty of room and welll lit. We were visiting family and truly appreciated having such a beautiful and welcoming place to retreat to! I was new to airbnb and Aida was very quick to respond to assist me!

Excellent place to stay, right off main street and across from the brewery. TJ was super responsive and the place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time at Daniel’s place. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated. We really liked the floors. The kitchen was very well stocked. Daniel was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would go back there in a heartbeat. Thank you for the wonderful stay, Daniel!

My wife and I had a peaceful and relaxing stay over Memorial Day weekend. The place was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed walking around Fairfield lake and fishing. The walk back up the hill is a good workout. There are great restaurants nearby including Casa Amigos and The Library. We had a lovely visit.

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. It was so convenient to walk everywhere in town. Clean, well appointed. The back porch/patio and yard were great for our pup.

Good location, close to restaurants and skiing, but very quiet. Good space inside, with big tvs in every room, board games, Foosball, washer, dryer, full kitchen. Small area out back with seating, but it's a little boxed in. Good spot for a future jacuzzi, perhaps :). Host was very responsive and check in was easy. Just a simple code that activates at rental time provided on the day.

Brevard is such a gem of a town, and this home is a perfect compliment. The close location to Main Street while having a beautiful yard and abundant sounds of birds chirping make for a great mix of nature getaway and convenience. The house was spotlessly clean (getting harder and harder to find with Airbnb lately) and well equipped for a weekend stay.

Excellent location within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg! The condo was nicely decorated for the season, which my family appreciated.

Great location, so walkable into town. Space had everything we needed for our girls weekend away. Very clean, great balcony. Each bedroom had our own bathroom. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and met all of our expectations. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the entire experience stress-free. The location is perfect for anyone planning to go tubing, skiing, or snowboarding—super convenient! Pamela was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all of our questions, which made us feel so well taken care of. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Sapphire Valley. Great place to stay, very close to downtown gatlinburg. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We needed to be in Knoxville to help our son attending University Tennessee Knoxville while he is dealing with some health issues. Chris was very kind, allowed us to check in early and was very responsive. The condo is comfortable and nicely maintained. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Had a great stay. Was close to popping into National Park everyday to go hiking, also close to the free trolleys into Gatlinburg, with the stop being only a short walk away. plenty of space for my family.

Cayce was very helpful and responsive. Her rental unit was exactly as described and wonderfully appointed. It was on a quiet dead end street just minutes drive from all the amenities one could need. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book again!

I've stayed in this complex numerous times but never in this unit. It was by far the best I've been in. Ryan and Torri were great at responding to our needs. Will definitely stay here before any of the other units.

Such a fun place to stay. Everything was perfect. The backyard is so serene and peaceful. The backyard was a welcome surprise. Tim was very responsive and so easy to work with. I have already sent this place to friends and family to check out. The location is super close drive to anywhere but far enough away that you don’t feel the congestion or traffic. If you are visiting Knoxville or university of Tennessee this is a great place to stay
