Nice quiet place to rest. neighborhood was nice and host was nice and communicated very well! if I'm in the area again I will definitely see if his place is available.

This was such a lovely Airbnb! Squeaky clean, walkable to beautiful Lake Junaluska and just a few minutes to hiking and downtown Waynesville. You can really tell Steve and Susie want their guests to have a five star stay with so many thoughtful touches such as bottled water, coffee, tea, half and half, biscotti’s card games and an abundance of books and guides about the area. There was a private table and chairs outside for a glass of wine or a meal which we loved and the bed was so comfortable. We visit this area often and we are so glad we have found our home away from home in Waynesville. Thank you Steve and Susie for hosting us! Blessings, Steve and Amy

We spent 3 days at Dawn and Ron’s Asheville home. Their space was very clean, smelled nice, and had every convenience you could possibly need. Unfortunately it was rainy during our trip so we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor amenities like the patio/grill or the goats, but they did greet us with wagging tails as we came and went! Loved the waffle bar and complimentary coffee - such nice touches that made breakfast a breeze! Also loved that they provided toiletries and washer/dryer. This space provided all the comforts of home, about 15 minutes to all the AVL activities. Dawn and Ron were very communicative and kind hosts. Would recommend their home to anyone!

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

Lynn and Bill were amazing hosts! Such nice people and so willing to help and make sure you have the most amazing stay. Their place is beautiful and has more than what you need for an amazing stay. The view from the bedroom and living room is spetacular. If you are looking for a peaceful place, great location, comfortable and with a great price, this is it. No doubt about it. Thank you for hosting my family and I. My favorite part was the fire pit with the views of the mountains while my daughter had smores for the first time, will never forget that moment. Rebecca’s basement apartment was great. The space was well cleaned, spacious for my wife and I and as described in the description. There were nice little touches with s’more sticks for the outside fire pit, snacks on the counter, and water in the fridge. My wife particularly liked having the makeup removal wash cloth. The rental is in a great location. Just 2 blocks from Main Street and a short distance from Frog Level. I highly recommend staying in Rebecca’s rental.

QB was a good host. They were very communicative with easy instructions. Checkin was seamless. The unit was cozy. Cute kitchen and not too far from downtown. Great communication, well stocked, and a good value for the price. Would stay again or at another of their properties.

This place is pretty amazing and may just have spoiled me for other trips 😁 Hosts were proactive and responsive ....and give perfectly clear and detailed instructions for how to find the entrance. Will stay again ....and in fact already booke for my longer stay.😉

Absolutely the cutest place for a little getaway. Could walk right to everything. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend the Mountain View lounge that’s a few min walk away!!✨

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Wonderful place, top choice anytime I am in town and looking for a place to stay.

Our stay was just overnight but was perfect. Linda and her sweet pup greeted us upon arrival which was the best.

This place is great, whether you'd like to stay in or go out and explore. it's right in the middle of everything, but very quiet, which is great. had to book this at the last minute, but it was well worth it!! would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay. This was a big house converted to apartments. It was nicely done and was the perfect place for a quick trip to Knoxville. The neighborhood isn't super nice, but we never felt unsafe or threatened. We definitely would stay again.

Great stay! Location is perfect, outside the town but very close. We spent a lot of time in the park. Very clean, hot tub is great. Some noise from upstairs neighbors, but they have white noise machines. All in all, a great Airbnb!!

We enjoyed our short stay here! The condo was clean, cute, and looked like the photos! It was easy to get to and nice being on the first floor-especially coming with two small children! Tammy was great communicating, provided clear and helpful directions/instructions, and was very friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great weekend staying in Candler with friends! James and Netty were kind and communicative. The space was perfect for 4 adults and our dogs (fenced-in yard was a HUGE plus). We spent a good amount of time on the back porch and in the hot tub. Although we lost service about 5 min away, this didn’t present any issues because of Wi-Fi and ample instructions sent over prior to our arrival for navigating and checking in. Thanks for the lovely stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here & will definitely book again!! Perfect location, walking distance to the strip. The view from the porch beautiful. A private hot tub on the porch overlooking the strip!! Condo had everything we needed, clean, & clear instructions, we were honestly sad to go!

I highly recommend this facility. Everything was as advertised and better. The Host did a great job making check in easy, the place is centrally located to downtown Gatlinburg, everything is either easy to walk to or there is a free shuttle that has a stop by the facility. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, quiet... we had a very relaxing enjoyable visit. Would gladly utilize this condo again.

WOW! Chris’s place was everything described and then some! The view is absolutely breathtaking. The amenities are incredible as it is part of a mountain resort. The drive up to the resort from the main road wasn’t bad at all, even in my little Honda Civic. While narrow in a couple places, it is paved the entire way up and was a nice drive with level places to park. It is more than worth it for the cost. We had 3 days/nights of light snow and Chris even gave us notice when inclement weather was heading our way. Everyone at the resort was very nice and helpful, especially for Floridians in the snow lol. Everything was incredibly clean, including the provided kitchenware. Two things to note: pack your spices and Keurig. We have become accustomed to having those in airbnbs, but both were easily mended/substituted. Chris’s place is located around 15-30 minutes away from most attractions/local shops, so it is perfect for going out or enjoying staying in. We will definitely be back!

Duane was an exceptional host. The property is exceptionally clean. The view is gorgeous. I felt right at home. Duane was very accommodating and communicated with us during our stay. He made sure my family was comfortable and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again for future vacations.
