Vacation rentals with breakfast in Great Smoky Mountains

Our entire family of 19 met in Asheville for the Thanksgiving holiday. We weren’t sure what we’d find after storm Helena passed through, but were extremely happy we made the decision to stick with Asheville. Jesse was very responsive from the beginning and was flexible during the aftermath of the storm. The house accommodated our group with a couple kids on air mattresses. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thanks Jesse!

Everything was fantastic. My dad and I enjoyed our stay! everything was clean and neat! Nicholas was very helpful and responsive for check-in. We will definitely come back and visit if we find ourselves needing to come back to town. There's a book in the house recommending restaurants and things to do. Definitely a nice touch. 🥰

Amy was a great host! Her place was nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Can't beat the scenery with the river in your backyard and farm land and mountain scenery out front.Location was great with restaurants, gas stations site seeing snd much more within a short drive. Definitely will be returning.

This house was so gorgeous. It was so unique, absolutely immaculate, well stocked and cozy. It was so fun seeing the horses and goats right outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Honestly this place is INCREDIBLE. First, the surroundings. What a pristine, relaxing, healing place to be. If you want to unwind, it’s perfect. If you want to have an adventure, it’s perfect. I can’t wait to go back for a solo adventure and I can’t wait to go back and bring friends/family. The trails behind the house and across the creek are SO COOL. It’s clear what love and care Ken took building out these trails for our enjoyment. It’s amazing to go nowhere in the car and still get a workout by just walking a few feet behind the house and up the hillside. The moss and baby ferns are the sweetest! Bring good hiking boots. Also, being so close to Max Patch is a gem! We did that immediately after check-out and it’s a perfect way to stretch and get one last beautiful adventure in before heading home. Finally, Ken’s communication is better than I’ve ever experienced. The house manual is insanely thorough and also he’s so responsive to any questions. Def bring enough food to stay put!

I cannot possibly say enough good about this experience. This was actually my first Airbnb stay, and let me tell you, I everyone after this has a high bar to reach. Owners were awesome. House is amazing. I’ve been in a hotel for 3 months on business, so this was a vacation from a hotel for me. I felt more at home than when I’m at home! Beautifully decorated. Comfortable. I hated to leave!!!

A very well-appointed, clean home. This was our second stay. The house is clean and tidy, and stocked with essentials. The beds are comfortable. There are thoughtful gestures, like fresh breakfast muffins and coffee pods. How is very responsive and helpful.

Great stay for me and my family! Paul and Amy were very warm and happy to make us feel welcomed. The house offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The finished basement had everything we needed and Paul and Amy had easy to follow instructions for everything (tv, wifi, lighting, fireplace, other amenities), as well as great restaurant recs. We wish we could have stayed longer and we hope to return soon!

This is our fourth time staying here. It’s perfect and beautiful. The location is amazing and the grounds are just stunning with their gorgeous flowers.

Beautiful views, beautiful house. Comfortable, clean, with lots of extras. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb. It was quiet and peaceful. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Susan is a wonderful host. She provided so many extra’s in comparison to other places I’ve stayed. Your set on breakfast and snacks! The space is very private, roomy, kid and dog friendly. The deck and view of the lake are lovely. This was no problem for me but, one should know that parking is at the top of the drive & the walk down to your space is paved but, a bit of a steep grade. Loading and unloading may be best is your a lite packer. There are no steps thought so having rolling luggage or crate could be helpful.

Margy was an amazing host. We used it to host our guests for small party we had the next day. The place itself if cozy and beautiful. Very clear instructions regarding directions and accessibility. She came to say hi personally and offered to help with anything we need. Kitchen had plenty of coffee pods and snacks. And they even had homemade cookies for guests to enjoy. Would definitely recommend!

Lynn’s spot was beautiful! Great view. Short drive to downtown Asheville. She was very kind and responsive and even had pumpkin muffins for us. Would stay again!

Breakfast is included in the price, also the coffee and tea bar in the public room. This airbnb has such a cozy atmosphere, we really would recommend staying here.

So much to say about this charming place and the people and animals who live there! My husband and I loved our visit and look forward to going back in the spring. The farm is on a gorgeous piece of land surrounded by so much beauty. The area is peaceful and relaxing. It's a great place to connect with nature. We also loved feedings the animals--goats, horses, and a donkey. This was such a fun way to start our day. The animals are adorable and so loved! Kathleen is a gourmet cook and made us the most amazing and delicious breakfasts both mornings we stayed on the farm. We also enjoyed the homemade goat soap. Highly recommend a stay on the farm. It's good for the mind, body, and soul!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience at Chuck and Diane’s place. It was a home away from home….from the National Park recommendations to the great breakfasts they prepared to the stories shared about their Gatlinburg home and surrounding area. Their desire to be great hosts is evident from your first encounter with them. The bedroom and bathroom are private and cozy while the shared areas in the home are welcoming and homey. We walked to and from the strip in Gatlinburg a time or two but there are free trolleys available if you don’t want to hoof it. Chuck and Diane say that they love what they do because they make new friends along the way. I’m convinced that is true. My wife and I will easily feel like friends coming home the next time we stay with Chuck and Diane.

Y'all, if you are even THINKING about staying in the Dillsboro area, do yourself a favor and check out the Dillsboro Inn. The Inn is unique and beautiful, and Thomas is wonderfully friendly and welcoming host. Every room has a view of the river, and you're only about a ten minute walk to the town-proper. We stayed in the winter, and it was very cozy and peaceful, but you bet your life we'll be coming back in the summer to do some swimming.

Beautiful property! We especially loved the wrap-around porch and the sweet friendly dog. Syresa and Lonnie were communicative and check-in was easy. Good location for visiting GSMNP, and much more peaceful than Gatlinburg. Please just be aware that there are cats on the property, if you’re allergic like I am. Otherwise, an awesome stay!

Magnolia House did not disappoint!! The property is beautiful and the house is gorgeous! Lynn and Perry have definitely put some time and effort into making this place clean and comfortable. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. From the pristine accommodations to the homemade cakes and goodies that were available upon arrival and throughout our stay, they have truly thought of everything! We were welcomed by a handwritten note from the host which was a really nice personal touch. Our room was on the first floor which is closest to the house entrance. The room also included a sound machine and earplugs in case the noise bothered us, but to be honest we never needed either. Yet another very thoughtful “extra” from the hosts. We will definitely be returning to Magnolia House on our next trip to Knoxville!!

We loved our stay, and will definitely go back next time we're in the area. The evening desserts were a special touch, and the family-style breakfast arrangement was an added blessing. Thank you for your lovely hospitality.
