Our family really enjoyed staying at Smithson’s cottage. The fenced-in yard was awesome for the kids and our dog, and the cottage itself was really nice. We had a great time!

Close to the highway but clean and comfortable with large fenced in backyard. Perfect for the night on a long trip.

I desperately needed some peace and quiet, and I found it at Wanda’s beautiful cabin. This was my second visit, and won’t be my last!

We stayed for a long Christmas vacation, and absolutely loved it. the house is clean and comfy, and beautifully furnished and decorated. the location is awesome, 20-25 min to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, and 35-40 min to Gatlinburg, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with too much of the city traffic and all the crowds. before we arrived, there was snow and ice in the forecast, and the hosts even worked out a place for us to park the first few nights so that we wouldn't have to risk the steep driveway (which didn't end up being a problem, but it was SO nice that they had a plan for us!) we enjoyed the hot tub and the dogs loved the fenced backyard. the firepit is great out front, we never got a chance to use it but would have loved to. I would 100% recommend staying here, and hope to be back soon!

This was our second stay here for our multigenerational family of four while visiting Brevard-based family over Christmas. Grammy had her own “wing” with a door between it and the rest of the house so differing bedtimes didn’t disturb. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook brunch for the rest of the family on Boxing Day. The kind touch of a lovely Christmas tree made it feel more like home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sergey's place! The location was only a 10 minute Uber to the River Arts District, and less than 15 to downtown. The house was exactly as pictured- clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 5 nights with our old dog. Samantha was very responsive and helpful. The yard was large, well kept, and had lots of sniffs for the dog to enjoy. The flag system worked wonderfully. It's a great, private feeling location. Didn't love the decor, but it's clearly titled "Man Cave" and decor reflects that. If you or any guests are over 6 ft tall, this might not be the place for you as the ceilings are a bit low. Overall, we had a great stay, it was really cozy. I would definitely recommend this place. We will also keep it in mind for future trips!

It was a cute and simple place to stay. It was nice to have our dogs with us and for this property to have a fenced-in yard. The host was very proactive and friendly. We utilized the game room which was really fun for our kids!

This cabin was beautiful and had the views I was looking for. It was clean and ready to enjoy. There were a couple light bulbs out which needed ladders to change but there were other lights that could be used instead, so an easy fix. The only thing we really needed was a casserole dish or square baking pan for our ziti, but we used a pie pan instead. We had to Google how to lock the pool room from the inside from our toddler, so instructions close by would be helpful for others. The fireplace was toasty and warm, and the Christmas tree and decorations were a nice touch. There is a charcoal grill, which I didn't realize we needed charcoal, so we ended up cooking inside instead. These few things were nothing to notify our host about, just things that may make things easier for others. We would definitely stay there again, as the indoor pool was a big hit with the kids, and the hot tub was great for the adults, and kids as well. We even got to see some snow flurries. Beautiful place!

Pretty cabin with great amenities. Easily accessible and good space for everyone to stay! Would recommend for groups 8+!

This place was great. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The view was amazing. We appreciated the indoor large jetted tub as it was way too cold to try to use the outdoor hot tub. This place is about as high up the mountain as you can go. There were a couple of days where it snowed at the cabin, but wasn't snowing after we started to descend the mountain. I was quite thankful to have AWD on the vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the cabin and the children loved the pool. The Host responded very quick if we had any questions. VERY NICE place to stay and was well priced. Would recommend too anyone looking for a place with a pool or need plenty of room for family

I absolutely loved this cabin! Danny sent detailed instructions on location and how to get into the cabin and was very responsive with any questions. Cabin is easy to find right off of the main road between Pigeon Forge and Townsend so no twisting and turning for miles up a mountain. The cabin has plenty of space with one bedroom on all 3 floors so also some privacy. A great game room for everyone to gather and play pool or video games. We had a little snow while we were there and sitting out on the front porch watching it snow was wonderful. It is a few miles outside of Pigeon Forge so it is a little drive to get into all of the attractions but honestly, that was one of the best parts because you felt like you were away from everything but in reality you are only a few minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

This home worked so well for us in so many ways. We enjoyed the main level living space for gathering with family during a difficult time for us. We loved having a Christmas tree as a focal point in the family room and the floor plan of the home allowed for a variety of simultaneous family activities. The beds were comfortable and we all were able to appreciate the quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Jennie was absolutely wonderful! She talks to you like family and makes you feel so welcome. The cabin was stunning with more amenities than i remember reading about in the description. My family was so sad to leave and we can’t wait to book again. I would give 10 stars if i could!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

We really enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving at Hickory Haven! It was perfect for our family of four, plus our two dogs. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We spent some time in the hot tub and by the fire pit, enjoying the scenery. My pup and I had a great hike, taking the trailhead that's just down the road. Can't wait to return in the future.

Enjoyed our stay here, it was a beautiful location and very private. Close enough to town to drive.

Hi family had an absolute wonderful Christmas vacation. The host had up a beautiful tree next to the fireplace with some lights. It was simple but beautiful and we would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the pigeon Forge area. The location of the house was perfect two blocks away from the main street. We got to Dollywood in less than 15 minutes. We got to the old Mill restaurant in less than 10. And the house looks like the pictures posted online we all know sometimes that is not the case.

We had a lovely relaxing vacation on the beautiful acreage! The home met all of our needs & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We’ve been coming to this area of TN for many years but Daniel’s place is the most serene we’ve ever encountered!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful homestead! 😊

Wow! What a view. Great location and close to town. Beautiful home was spotlessly clean w generous space for everyone. The house is actually nicer than the pic. Primary bath w separate shower and garden tub. Plenty of large cotton bath towels and plenty of supplies. Fully stocked kitchen-we cooked most nights. We enjoyed the outside fire ring and the kids loved making smores. The home has everything we needed to make a great family vacation. Highly recommend.
