Wonderful time and wonderful host! Really enjoyed the stay and wouldn’t have changed it for anything!

Ryan was great, before we arrived he reached out to me. Confirmed when the rental would be available. I reached out to him with a couple questions and he was very responsive. Small details like some fresh flowers in the kitchen to a bottle of wine he left us and some sodas and water was an added touch and very kind. I read a lot of really nice reviews about Ryan and he delivered exactly what the reviews said.

We had a blast! Close to everything you’d want to see, so short drive times to everything we did. End unit so a little more private than the other condos in the community. Easy walk straight from condo to beach.

This was a perfect stay for our family. The place had a good balance between common areas and bedroom areas. There were chairs and a great beach umbrella for us to set up a spot on the beach just a short walk away. The beach area was pristine and great for swimming. The host was super friendly and really made us feel at home there.

We had a lovely stay at Villa 7! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more!). The kitchen was well stocked, the beach toys were a fabulous treat for the kids, and we loved the fun garage space! Kat was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We appreciated the clear instructions, recommendations, and information she shared with us. We walked to the beach and the pool and could easily rinse off using the outdoor shower. We also enjoyed walking to the Daquiri Deck & Captain Curts, and taking the free Breeze Trolley into the village. This location is great and the villa itself is very nice!! Definitely recommend :)

My wife and I stayed here and it was such a beautiful location and condo. The host was very nice and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a nice stay at the villa. It was close to restaurants, store and gas. It was a comfortable house for two couples with private bathrooms for each couple. We were between the ocean beach and the inter coastal. Both settings had comfortable accommodations to sun bathe or set under cabanas with friends for an evening of conversation and watching boats go by. Tom was very helpful and informative.

We enjoyed our stay at Monika's home. Everything was exactly as pictured. We have stayed in Rotunda West a few times and like the neighborhood. It's quiet, safe and the neighbors are friendly. There are so many beaches nearby and great shopping. Monika is a great host, quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. Thank you Monika for sharing your home with us.

Overall stay was good. Owner should consider stating the size of the pool as I was surprised to see how small it was. Guest bathroom toilet is extremely low and toilet seat small for regular size people to use. Definitely a regular size toilet should be considered. One of the dinning room chairs would move sideways when you would sit on it making it a risk of falling. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

We had a great stay! The home was very clean, well-maintained, and just a short, easy walk to the beach. The location was perfect—supermarkets and other conveniences were nearby. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back for another stay. Highly recommended!

Niki’s house was great, exactly as described. Its well appointed kitchen has everything you need. Beds were comfy (pillows could be refreshed) pool was great and the layout was great for privacy from each other. Niki was very responsive and I’d definitely recommend her house.

This home was just as advertised from the location on the water to all the bedrooms and amenities. The home had all comforts and more. David was always responsive providing clear instructions. We also met Robert & Tanja the next morning who were very helpful with explaining all amenities of the home, offered great suggestions for area restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, would return again! Absolutely loved staying here! Me and two other people came into town for a tennis tournament and found this Airbnb to stay at. The Airbnb was very clean and very comfortable, we all felt right at home staying here. I also loved how close this place was to the tournament site we were playing at. We will definitely stay here again!

Andrea is an awesome host! She was very accommodating with our schedule, and the home was super clean, very thoughtfully laid out, and very well stocked with everything we needed.

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

We love this house in the middle of the island, the lush green neighborhood makes it really relaxing, and the house itself is cozy and super functional. The fully equipped kitchen and heated and beautifully lighted pool is our favorite. Mid April in Miami is already very warm, but the heated pool makes it even more pleasant to jump in even during night time and windy days. We would definitely come back!

We so enjoyed our time at Paul’s home especially the pool and lanai area. The villa is spacious, clean and peaceful. Great location! (We walked and biked every day). Short drive to beaches. Lots of fun restaurants. Communication could not have been better. A wonderful trip!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and do whatever they wanted. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat together for meals, which is a big deal for our family. The house had everything we needed! The host was quick and very responsive if we had any questions. Would totally come back to stay at this house again!
