Amazing view, beach accessible. The elevator situation a little unfortunate. But would definitely stay again and hope to!!

Great location with easy access to the pools, ocean and eateries. My son loved being able to fish at the pond by the condo. He caught a few large mouth bass. Area felt safe, it was quiet and we enjoyed our vacation!

Alex is a wonderful host. I always was able to communicate with him about anything I needed. He made my long term stay so easy!

Well, where to start! Firstly, it’s not very often that the pictures and description of a property don’t do it justice. A true pice of paradise. We even survived our first hurricane!! But it wasn’t without the help of hosts, being extremely responsive, helpful and going the extra mile. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Very nice place. Not on the beach but in a very nice setting and close to the beach. Nicely decorated Krista was a good communicator.

Loved this place! Exactly how it was advertised. It was easy to find and access was a breeze. It worked out great for us. It is only a few miles from our kids and grandkids. Restaurants and shopping is unlimited in this area. Close to everything that you could want. Hope to come here again a few times a year.

Chris was a great host! The condo was immaculate, fresh, very clean. Needed home essentials were available. Spectacular view!!! Quiet and peaceful resort. Bed was comfortable. Only recommendation would be a darker shade in the bedroom as hall light still peeked in overnight. Will definitely look Chris' place up next time we're in the area!

We will rent it again next year…as soon as I know the dates !!!!

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews (great location, neat apartment, clean community pool, etc.), so I'll just list a couple of specific compliments in this review. First, the Aloha condo complex is very intimate compared to the neighboring high rise condos. It contains about 20 cute little condos clustered around a recently rebuilt pool with sparkling clear water, somewhat reminiscent of Melrose Place. Brian's 1-BR unit is on the second (and top) floor so it has the best views of the ICW and of sunsets. There are plenty of community deck chairs and chaise lounges for you to relax mere steps from the water. Second, Brian's communications was outstanding both leading up to our rental and during. He recommended a local fishing charter for my son and I, and kept in constant (but non-intrusive) contact with us through the rental process. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, without any onerous clean up demands I'd heard horror stories about. I would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place. The complex is peaceful, clean, and the location is fantastic! We easily walked to a couple of local restaurants. The condo has everything you need for beach trips! The place was squeaky clean, beautifully decorated with nice appliances and everything you need in the kitchen! The bed is amazing and it was so quiet we slept great every night. Pools and hot tubs are very close and also well maintained. We would come back and stay here for sure! Don’t hesitate…book this place!

2nd time here at this little slice of Paradise! Great location, excellent communication, and you have everything you need and more for the best stay! Beautiful location, peaceful, but also close to many amazing restaurants as well…or take advantage & cook at “home” and eat outside on the lanai with the amazing views! We will definitely be back!

Rosana had all the amenities we needed like a small cooler, ice maker, sun block etc. She's a thoughtful host. We LOVED the sunsets from the balcony!

The place was amazing more than we expected super clean, friendly people, good food, and everything was close by including the beaches. You have a choice if you want a 5 min. Walk to Indian rock beach, or 15min. drive to clear water beach. We did both lol. Taken our 11 & 12 year grandchildren on the plane for their first time we did not know if we can keep them busy enough but the water park on the resort did the job perfectly they loved it definitely recommend staying and we will be back again.

My family and I had a wonderful spring break week at Hoot's condo. It was exactly as described and pictured, and was the perfect home base for exploring Marco Island and its beaches! Everything went very smoothly from check-in to departure. He had lots of helpful recommendations as well.

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

We highly recommend Garrett’s place. Super clean and conveniently located. When we had questions, Garrett was quick to respond and was very helpful. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here.

I can't say enough good things about the condo, our host, or Portofino Island Resort. This was by far the most relaxing active vacation we have had. We loved having access to jet skis, bikes, paddle boards and also just being able to relax on the beach. The condo was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lia was quick to respond to every question and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until we left. I also was super impressed by the staff at Portofino. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will return and would definitely stay in the same unit again.

The accommodations were spot on and everyone had was comfortable. When we first arrived we turned on the tv in a couple of the apartments, but could not get connected to any channels. I messaged Josh and within minutes he responded with the solution. Josh provided local places to go for groceries and things to do. We really liked the donuts, they even had my fave, maple bacon glazed (yum) and it was very close and easy to get to. Josh was very detailed regarding what would be provided and what you should bring. There were more than enough beach items and we even added some items to the collection.

This condo was immaculately clean & exactly as pictured/described. They have extra towels, games and even a few beach chairs to use. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable too. AC kept a nice temperature at all times.

The condo was in the perfect location and had a beautiful view. We only came for a short weekend but had so much fun. Lisa was very helpful and very responsive. I would come back and stay here again!
