Great place right on the beach. It’s small but perfect for what you pay! We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again.

Endless Summer!! The perfect Cali beach vibe!! We stayed here for 6 nights, and it was wonderful in every way. The parking spot was so convenient, the grounds were so well kept, and the apartment was exactly as described and more. The view is amazing. We loved watching the surfers every morning from our balcony, and the sunset every night! We used the pool, the grill, and the gym. We walked to Oceanside pier in just a few minutes. The place was clean, the personal touches were awesome, and Steven was the best host from start to finish. We will go back!

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

John is an awesome host! The place is exactly how it shows on the pictures! Extremely clean, fantastic views of the city from every room, including the areal view of Patco Park stadium. Unfortunately there were no games played during my stay but, it would have been a perfect spot to watch it. The view from the roof top is just breathtaking!! John's response time is right-away, his recommendations for the restaurants etc., were just perfect for me and my friends! When I go back to SD again, I will stay at this place for sure! You may want to book ahead of time because, it is a popular place and you don't want to miss it. Awesome job John, look forward to stay at your place again next time I am in town!

It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

I thought the photos in the add undersold the place. It was more charming and fresh that I had imagined. The art was bright and uplifting. Loved being so close to the boardwalk. Street noise was part of the environment when on the porch, but we slept just fine.

This was our second time staying at Matt & Pat’s air bnb. My husband and I love this space and location so much. We stayed extra busy this time around. This house is located in the perfect spot. Right on the beach and the breeze in December still felt great. Highly recommend Beach Break Cafe and or Buccaneer Cafe for breakfast. There’s bike rentals down the street too. Overall I recommend this air b n b for others!

We had an incredible stay at this oceanfront Airbnb! The views were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the sound of the waves and spotting dolphins from the living room and balcony was an unforgettable experience. The location couldn’t be better, with amazing walkability to great restaurants, shops, and various beaches. Everything was within easy reach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing yet convenient getaway. Brooke was an amazing host—friendly, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations. She made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing stay by the ocean!

Great place to stay with my family for a week while celebrating a wedding. Location is very walkable to stores, restaurants and both the bay side and ocean side beaches. The house had plenty of beach chairs, towels and sand toys for our needs. The baby gates at each stairway were a very welcomed feature. A large dining table allowed us plenty of space for eating and later playing cards. The house was clean, well stocked and Michael very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we were back that way!

Beautiful location, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and place was clean and a great home!

Host was very responsive and helpful. The home was in a very convenient area with easy access to everything. We did rent a vehicle to accommodate our travel. If you are using a ride share to commute, I highly recommend that you reconsider and rent a car. It’s worth it! If you are a pet owner this won’t affect you; we had individuals in our party that do not have pets. So, the smell was sensitive to our non-pet parents. If you are looking for a convenient location and great house, this is a wonderful choice. Only suggestions that I have for the host, have wash cloths available in addition to the large bath towels as well as nights stands and luggage racks.

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

this place was just perfect for me. It was exactly as advertised and in a great location. JOHN was a good communicator. The unit itself was very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. The full kitchen was a real bonus and the ample linens we’re very thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Ben's home was everything we hoped it would be for our Point Loma holiday vacation. From the harbor views in every room, to the fully stocked kitchen and living room setup for cooking and lounging, to the walkability to the Point Loma village—this stay was simply perfect. Ben was so personable and friendly upon check in, and gave us a helpful run down of everything we’d need to know for our stay. The home was pristine and Ben’s care and attention to detail really stood out. We highly recommend Ben's lovely home.

WOW! The house was perfect with excellent views! Myself and my friends were very impressed. It was the perfect size for us. Jayme was a super great host. I wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again!

Maria was always available when I needed to speak to speak to her. She is a warm and professional person. The place was just beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Parking was easy. The ocean view was magical.The place was quiet and restful. We are coming back in May for my birthday. I can’t wait to return. It is the ideal spot to vacation. I would recommend anyone to schedule a vacation with Maria.

Great location on the bayside. It’s quiet and has a short walk to the beach side. The host was very responsive and helpful. They provide a Keurig with coffee, beach toys for little ones and beach chairs. There is a slight weird smell coming from maybe the kitchen sink?? Also, make sure you are good at parking because like the other reviews, the parking space is very tight. Master shower is also small. The place could use a good deep clean, some of the dishes needed to be cleaned. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

This condo is in a perfect location with a lot of things to do, restaurants, and shopping at your fingertips. It is a beautiful condo with a great view of the ocean. We were very comfortable there. The attached, gated parking garage was a huge bonus since parking is hard to come by on the streets. We would most definitely stay here again!

I believe this is our 3rd stay at this amazing condo! Absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing. Super clean and has everything, shampoo, soap and well stocked kitchen. Everything is as described and the view is worth it! See you next time

We loved our stay at Abraham's condo. We used the jacuzzi, the ping pong table, fed the Koi fish and made some nice meals while there. The kitchen is well equipped! We walked on the beach multiple times each day and kayaked at the harbor which we also walked to. Amazing place. Roomy and a short walk to the pier. Even caught a surfing contest going on next to the pier on Sunday morning. Awesome visit and appreciated Abraham letting us come into the condo one hour early. Five star all the way.

We enjoyed the location of this condo. We could easily walk to the pier or to the marina. The rooftop deck was really nice. The fog rolled in more often than we were hoping for (February) but we made it work! The resort area is beautifully landscaped and the pathways were clean and smooth. There could’ve been more signs, tho, as it was confusing to find the pool, which floor to get off on the elevator, etc. But we figured it all out and considered it part of the adventure!

This was the perfect spot for a relaxed weekend of sun and sightseeing in San Diego! Four friends stayed here before a work conference, and Susan’s attention to detail made it so easy to feel at home. The shower was stocked with great amenities, a full washer and dryer with detergent, AC and fans, and our favorite part - THE BIKES!! The terrace is cozy and spacious, we loved drinking our coffees there each morning after our beach-front run. Location couldn’t have been better. Susan was crazy-fast to reply whenever we needed anything. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had. Thank you Susan!
