Alexander's place was the perfect California get away for our family vacation! The location was awesome just a short walk from the beach. The backyard was so big for California and great for our dogs. It had a lot of seating and a hot tub which was perfect! Alexander was very responsive throughout our stay. There is a train right behind the Airbnb that used it's horn loudly multiple times a day and until about 11 which was very clearly listed in the listing but if you are sensitive to noise it might bother you. We had no issues with the train.

This place was perfect for our group that visited the area. The house itself was in a good area and clean. The pickleball court was so fun we played everyday! They have lots of paddles and balls to use. The hot tub and sitting area upstairs were really cute as well. Thank you so much for everything!!

I was willing to pay extra for the location, and boy, did that pay off! I wound up proposing to my fiancée at the top of the street, where a private, secluded cliffside bluff exists. You have to tiptoe down a pathway, but thank goodness we'd walked home from Newport Ave the night before where I located the quintessential proposal spot! Otherwise, the Airbnb worked out terrifically. The neighborhood is delightful; you're so close to all the action in downtown Ocean Beach. 15-minute walk places you right near the bars, restaurants, and shops. Traffic getting in and out of the neighborhood was a breeze. No issues getting rideshares, either. We loved the little compound the owners have set up. There's a grill for each house plus a shared hot tub that we took advantage of using. The apartment itself is a bit outdated, and the price point might be on the higher end. But you're paying for the scenery, proximity to action, and private space.

The home was clean, welcoming, and in a cute neighborhood with access to walk to several shops and restaurants over a footbridge. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

I had the most wonderful stay at 1656 Missouri St in Pacific Beach! The place is absolutely adorable—super cute, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay and really felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the best restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Pacific Beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Sahar was very pleasant and responsive. She was able to accommodate an early check in for us, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed relaxing and site seeing at local areas. Close to lots of different attractions. Loved having a hot tub, grill and fire pit outside. Able to Sleep comfortably with multiple rooms and beds. Nice 3 full baths. Lots of space to enjoy at the property. The mattresses where comfortable. Would recommend.

We had an amazing little staycation over the weekend at the Violet Oasis. Extremely clean, the bed was so comfy we never wanted to leave, both parking locations easy to find and Elizabeth and Paola were super responsive. Rather than feel like we were staying at an Airbnb it felt like staying over at a friend’s place. Their passion responding to their guests, making them feel at home and providing information on what to do in the area really shows in this listing. We will be back!

Perfect place to explore San Diego. Tasha more than deserves her Superhost title. She has created a comfortable, immaculately maintained home-away-from-home – just like in the photos. The place is fully stocked, with lots of thoughtful extras. The house is a nice quiet residential area, with lots of fun activities within walking distance or a short drive. If you stay, check out the extensive house binder for excellent suggestions for restaurants and activities. Tasha kindly answered all our questions in super fast time and was very helpful all around.

Absolutely loved our stay! This Airbnb has an incredible outdoor area that truly made our trip special. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable for relaxing or enjoying a morning coffee. The deck, pool, and outdoor kitchen is amazing for relaxing and is well-equipped for evening barbecues, and the stunning views of the property make it a picturesque setting for any meal. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the coffee was delicious. The host was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful outdoor oasis!

This place is very clean and well maintained. They have thought of everything you need - Kleenex, pool and beach toys, lighting in the backyard, comfy beds, shampoo/conditioner, a well-stocked kitchen, ziploc bags, a wagon for going to the beach, charging station, detergent, bathroom supplies, large washer/dryer, and more. The beds are comfortable and the air works well. They have great blinds/blackout curtains and nice noise machines in each bedroom. We didn’t notice the train at night either. The dipping pool in the backyard is definitely more useable in warm weather. The outdoor shower is useful for rinsing off sand from toys, sandals, and feet. We had a great stay and were very comfortable. This is a *great* AirBnB. No complaints!

House was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out went smoothly. Communication was great with the owner. Perfectly accommodated our family and location was great. We loved that Better Buzz was within walking distance for a coffee! Grocery store and restaurants also close by. Would highly recommend this rental!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay in San Diego and Tooraj made it even better! He was an excellent and detailed host to help in any way! The location was near so many restaurants and the house itself was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The decor made it feel like I was in a Hollywood movie. It felt so clean and smelled fresh. My friends and I hosted my Bachelorette weekend here and it was perfect! The host is very thoughtful, responsive, and the home is clean and looks exactly as pictured. There were plenty of towels for all guests, checkout instructions were very reasonable, and we enjoyed using the grill for dinner one night. It’s a convenient 5 minute walk from a big grocery store and the pool and hot tub were in excellent condition. We loved using both! The host is friendly and easy going which helped make our stay relaxing. You can tell he really wants his guests to have a good time and feel at home. He generously gifted our group some bubbly and we felt safe within the gated property. Big thank you to the host for helping make the weekend so special! Highly recommend!

Staying at Nancy's place was a fantastic experience for my family, a family of four including two children. The house is beautiful and Nancy was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is very well equipped, the front and back yards are lovely to sit in. The only difficulty we encountered was that we didn't have longer to stay! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The home was perfect! It is very well supplied and very walkable to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable for 6 adults. We enjoyed playing the board games at night. Definitely would stay here again next time visiting Carlsbad.

Nice, quiet stay that is super convenient walking distance to the San Diego Zoo. Host was very friendly and informative during our stay and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend a stay if you’re planning on visiting the surrounding attractions.

The yard was so convenient for pets and the lighting was perfect at night. The hot water was very relaxing and the fan with the ac unit was nice and refreshing. Any time I had a question the host was available and I would stay here again.

The house was in a great location. Walkable distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. It was quaint, clean and had all the appliances and kitchen ware you would need to do all your own cooking if you chose. It was perfect, exactly what we needed for this getaway. Thank you

I'd recommend staying here to anyone who's wishing to just be out in San Diego and enjoy the weather and climate. With the bikes provided, and everything just around the corner you can easily navigate most of the surrounding areas to the beach or to restaurants by foot or bike.
