Kristy, is a great host. This was our second time staying in one of her homes. Very accommodating! Loved having my whole family under one roof! Theatre room was a big hit!!! Might have to check out their other spot in Florida sometime!😊

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Janna's stunning home. The pictures don’t fully capture the beauty of the house and its surroundings—it’s even more stunning in person. Janna was incredibly responsive and attentive, going above and beyond to address an inconvenience (completely beyond her control) during our stay with kindness and generosity. The decor is truly one-of-a-kind, and the house is by far the cleanest and most well-stocked vacation home I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in.

Outstanding stay. The house was as described, extremely clean, and a perfect place to host thanksgiving with family and watch football. The host was responsive and answered our questions within a few hours or less. We will stay here again. Thank you.

This home was amazing! It is beautiful, luxurious and practical. We stayed over the long Thanksgiving weekend and had everything we needed from large bedrooms with spaces for porta cribs to a well-stocked kitchen with all the cookware to make a large turkey with all of the trimmings. Michael even provided fall decor after learning that we'd be cooking and eating our meal there. The house is exactly how as it was described, and the HO has thought of everything: luxury beds, linens/towels that come with the rental, kitchen & bath soaps and paper products, beach accessories, coolers and so much more. The neighborhood is nice for walking and has a grocery store within walking distance. We have been renting Airbnb's for years, and this is by far the nicest home with the best amenities we've found. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for sharing your home, Michael!

Our stay at this place was great. The location was perfect. The golf course is right there, so it was an easy walk. The beach is an easy drive (5 minutes), scooter, or walk away. In other words, you have all of the access of the beach but from a private neighborhood. It made for relaxing afternoons. We found ourselves having dinner and hanging out in the backyard on the screened deck often. The rest of the house was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed the beach house theme. There was a ton of bed space. We didn’t even use all of them. Lastly, Amy was very easy to communicate with and I can’t recommend her enough as a host.

Linda's place was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. She was very pleasant and helpful. The house was perfect for us. Everyone loved it. The bedrooms were gorgeous as well as the livingroom and the lovely serene screened in back porch, would absolutely stay here again. A great value for the money!

A weekend get away with family before returning to work from maternity leave. Perfect location, every store you could think of within minutes drive and a quiet neighborhood to relax. Karah gave plenty of amazing recommendations so it was easy to find something to do/eat. The outdoor space is heavenly with the hot tub right next to the sitting area around the fire pit so you can still be part of the conversation while soaking! 10/10 would recommend and will stay again!

It was indeed a home away from home. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and were one thermometer short of perfection. Our ham and bird cooked beautifully, there were serving dishes and utensils, and cleanup with the large dishwasher was super easy. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

If you are in the area for an event at DE Turf this is a perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient! Way better than any hotel option in the area. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Lori for sharing your place!

Our stay at Renee's was just perfect. She was great with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. The house was very spacious, super clean, and she even decorated for the holiday season. There was water, chocolates, and a gift certificate for the local pizza place waiting for us upon arrival, she truly thought of everything! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

There is so much positive to say about Jessy and her unit in Blue Rock Manor. The place was immaculate and had everything I needed to cook meals. We needed a blender for morning protein smoothies and Jessy had one waiting for us. She responded to questions very quickly and arrived to the house within minutes when my dog got locked in a bedroom. We had one car which was not a problem since the house is within walking distance of many restaurants, grocery shopping, and a pharmacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and a great place walk. Our extended stay in Blue Rock Manor was very enjoyable and we will look forward to book again in the future.

Very lovely home with awesome views and nice walkable neighborhood. Late November visit so some area attractions, foods were unavailable. Only negative was TV reception, we could not get our personal carrier account accepted for live coverage. We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Feet.

We will definitely be returning. Dwayne's place was just what we needed and his hosting-style made everything easier.

Beautiful home in tranquil setting! We had plenty of space to spread out and loved the flow of the living and kitchen areas - made it easy to enjoy visiting with family while cooking, eating, etc. Beautiful views of the lake from living room and spacious deck. House was extremely clean and well kept. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Jay's place when we were visiting family for thanksgiving. plenty of parking, Wi-Fi, TV, and pretty much everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, sheets, pillows. Great place to stay and the owner is very responsive, if you need anything at all he is there for you. We will definitely book again. Thanks Jay! 👊👍💯🇺🇸

We loved our stay. We were in the area for a wedding at a local winery, which was less than a mile away. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house is within a few miles of some very nice restaurants and Bethany Beach. In season, I would highly recommend it for those looking for a beach vacation. If you stay here, I would recommend a visit to Salted Vines Vineyard and Winery. Wine is excellent!

My family and I loved spending a long weekend at Susan's cozy, tasteful place on the water. The location is especially private and peaceful and we particularly enjoyed the screened porch and fire pit / hammock area.

Our family spent 4 nights together celebrating Thanksgiving. The house was perfect! It’s close to the beach and the fun downtown area. This house has the best equipped kitchen of any house we have ever rented. It was just like being at home. We loved the open floor plan. The kids enjoyed the 3rd floor den/playroom. We are making plans to return!

We had a family gathering with my mom for Thanksgiving at Rob’s place and it was amazing and so nice. Had all the amenities and more for all of us , especially in the kitchen because we all like to cook a lot !! The rooftop is so very nice with the view and we all were like, WOW this is beautiful and to capture sunrises and sunsets. We all enjoyed the theater room watching great movies and having popcorn ! We will definitely be back to enjoy family time and the beach, of which was only a 1 min walk. Oh and enjoyed art work in the house !!🎨🖌️

Jess and Tom's home was perfect for our family's beach trip. The house was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and quite comfortable. Best of all were the unobstructed views of the beach which was only steps from the house. We enjoyed a bonfire on the beach, and appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

This was the best AirBnB experience I ever had. My family was gathering in the area for the weekend and we could not have been more comfortable anywhere. It’s a gorgeous space and location. Kimberly is a top-notch host! We will be back.

Dominique was extremely hospitable. I stayed at her home with my friends and my fiancée for a weekend engagement celebration, and would do it all over again if I could! She was responsive, kind, and allowed us to check in early for no extra charge. I highly recommend!

Vinay is a great host: very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The house is in the ideal location for anywhere around Dover or the beaches. We enjoyed it and will return soon.
