Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Delaware

It was larger than we needed, but so perfect in all other ways, we could not resist. So close to the ocean, elevator, etc. Balconies off most bedrooms! Could not view the ocean, but it was such a short walk! Heat and AC both available, and needed each at the time of year visiting. Cozy fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances. Really, we could go on. Our few guests adored it also. Even had absolutely all beach needs. We are elderly and all was appropriate, except low toilets, but undoubtedly could 'make do'. Was unsure what to do with spare key on exit, but left under mat as Paul was going to do on arrival. Paul met us on arrival, which was a most pleasant surprise! Definitely 5 star!

Had a wonderful getaway with family and friends. House was beautiful and in a great location. Would stay here again.

We loved this Airbnb so much! It was a much needed break from the city and it was so lovely. The amenities were great, there were so many nice touches like the dog toys, board games, and a well stocked kitchen. The backyard and patio furniture was so great too. We’d love to come back another time and highly recommend this place!

Recently stayed here for a lacrosse tournament at DE Turf. Location was great - maybe 10 minutes to fields. The airbnb was fully stocked including things you’d need for sporting events (sports chairs, ice packs, etc). Which was great for those traveling in! Lots of quick restaurants and shops nearby. Only “complaint” was noise outside of the house. Noise machines do help but on a busy Friday and Saturday night, was a bit noisy still. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Autumn is an excellent host. Her home is lovely -- spacious, clean, comfortable, and a wonderful location.

We stayed at Jay's place when we were visiting family for thanksgiving. plenty of parking, Wi-Fi, TV, and pretty much everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, sheets, pillows. Great place to stay and the owner is very responsive, if you need anything at all he is there for you. We will definitely book again. Thanks Jay! 👊👍💯🇺🇸

Kim is an excellent host-responsive, helpful and kind. The house is lovely and clean, pictures don’t do it justice as it’s much nicer in person. Our family loved the peaceful surroundings and the river-we enjoyed kayaking and fishing right off the private dock. Will def stay here again if in town. Kim even left chocolate and wine to welcome us-a very sweet treat!

We really loved our stay, so much so that we're already talking about returning next year! The owners were super communicative and helpful, the place was perfect for our family of four, the location across from a great pool and tennis courts could not be beat, parking was easy, and everything was clean and clearly marked. The loft was perfect for my 7yo, and my 3yo has probably never slept better. The washer/dryer were great and came in really handy, and having two bathtubs was really great for bathing two kids at once. The two different porches are a really lovely touch, and all the beds were comfortable and bath towels plentiful. Truly can't say enough good about it!

Wonderful place to stay. We stayed during the winter season and really enjoyed our stay in the lovely space and great location. Hosts were great!

We needed a small spot for one night while in the Dover area, and Paul & Erma’s space was perfect. They were willing to accommodate our late evening check-in and gave us check-in details well in advance. The space was very clean and cozy, and we were welcomed by the super friendly barn cat and baked goods inside. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd time staying with Louis and Ludovic's place. We love it! It was my fiancé and I, and my mom, for the Dewey goes Pink Breast Cancer walk/run. We love it here bc the neighborhood is tucked back in from the chaos, but still close to everything (we biked to and from DT Rehoboth for dinner.) my mom enjoyed the walking paths around the community; peaceful and quiet. Clean and very nice space! Would highly rec to others. We would happily book again

We stayed 2 weekends due to family travel. James is a great host and his place was exactly what we needed for our trip! We’ll be back!

This was an incredibly peaceful location, quiet water, bird watching, turtle watching … It was lovely to walk to the boardwalk and down to restaurants - super walkable. It was an easy and short drive to Cape Henlopen State Park where we hiked for 10 miles! Gorgeous! The condo itself had everything we needed!

This beach cottage is was perfect! Everything was neat, clean and extremely organized. The cutest little beach cottage. The area was ideal and the walk to the beach and the bay were steps away. Highly recommend. Hope to visit again in the summer.

My family and I were at Dewey Beach for a wedding. We appreciate Linda's continued, updated messages as it got closer to our time to stay. The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, and spacious. Easy to get to the bay and the ocean, both with easy access to a beach. We would definitely stay at Linda's place again!

It was a great place to stay in. The space had everything we needed, including a TV with netflix which was nice to have. The pool was easy access. Whenever I had a question and would reach out to Simon, he would respond in a timely manner and was very helpful.

Our stay at the condo was excellent. The main living/gathering space was comfortable, open, and bright and the screen porch was fantastic! Beds were comfortable and the location was extremely convenient to the outlets and both downtown Lewes and Rehoboth.

This is a cute place that is right on the bay so you can enjoy beautiful water views yet it’s an easy walk to the beach. The unit is nicely furnished. The shower with multiple jets was great. We appreciated being able to bring our small dog. We also appreciate the welcome bottle of wine!

We had a great stay at this AirBnb while visiting my parents. The condo was very clean and organized, and getting in and out was also easy. It was very close to the Vineyards and Route 1 - overall very accessible by car or walking. The kids room could easily fit two kids and a pack and play - leaving you with two full rooms for adults and two full bathrooms for all. We will definitely be back in the future for short or extended stays!

This condo has been beautifully redone: new, clean, calm, serene, cozy. The beds and linens were soft and very comfortable, the space was tastefully decorated; everything very functional, bathrooms spotless. Washer and dryer was awesome. The location was perfect for our needs with access to the Breakwater trail, restaurants, and shopping, and the Rehoboth boardwalk. We loved discovering the drawer of games, and my kids and I played a few of them, as well as colored with the crowns and markers provided. That was very nice! We were in town during the winter, so I was not able to have coffee on the balcony, but looking forward to that when we can book again in warm weather.
