Stayed with grandparents, a child and pets and it never felt crowded! Paul answered any questions we had. We loved the decor and location, would definitely stay here again!

The location of Haley & Mike's townhouse is perfect. It gives you walk out access to a beautiful wide private beach. There are stunning views of the ocean and sky from the main living space and 2 of the bedrooms. Coffee or cocktails on the screened in porch watching the dolphins is hard to beat! My husband and I traveled with our 2 adult daughters and the accommodations met all of our needs. The main living space has a big comfy couch and plenty of seating plus a big screen tv and a large table that was perfect for meals or card games. The kitchen is well equipped and we took advantage of the gas grill to make dinner one night. There are loads of beach chairs, umbrellas and even tennis balls and racquets for the courts right across the street. Haley and Mike were very responsive hosts. We appreciated their golf, mini golf and dining recommendations. Hope to be able to come back sometime soon.

Great place to stay in Broadkill beach especially with three kids. The beach is real nice and quiet and less than 1 min walk. Also, Linda provides all the beaches immunities. The rooms were spacious and we all felt like at home. I would recommend booking this location.

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

Cute little house and slept 5 and a toddler and we all had our own bathrooms. Neighborhood is quiet but just a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk action. We walked everywhere. Good kitchen and comfortable living room. Nice rooftop terrace to bird watch or star watch. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Our family is in love with Coastal Crush! The accommodations are pristine, and every last detail is so thoughtfully put together. Whenever I needed or reached for something I’d usually have in our own home, it was there. The decor and all of the amenities are spectacular! It is right on the beach, with access to all of the beach gear you could ever need. Just existing in the space is so peaceful and relaxing. Our kids absolutely love the bunk beds, and said they felt like they were living in a tree house. The hosts are incredibly responsive, and were always available if we had questions or needed anything. We’re already planning our next trip back!!! ⛱️🌊❤️

Absolutely satisfied, for the price you can’t find better. Everything was exactly as stated and I had no issues, the owner made sure we were comfortable and always responded fast, I would definitely recommend and look forward to booking again.

Amy was a fantastic host! She is very responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The place was absolutely spotless and the location could not have been better. Upon arrival, Amy sent a lot of activities and let us know things to do around. Everything was in walking distance and the area is amazing. I would recommend Amy and this Airbnb to anyone!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place had such a warm, beachy vibe that made us feel right at home. The decor followed a beautiful coastal theme throughout, and the table in particular was stunning. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted and just a short drive to the beach. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the "Guestbook," which added a personal and welcoming feel. The binder with all the instructions was super organized—such a nice detail that made everything easy. The sofa bed was a great bonus, and having a parking pass was a big plus. Overall, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at so far. Highly recommend!

Sue's place was absolutely perfect for our five night stay! Great location and an easy walk to the beach and town. The condo was so comfortable and had everything we could ever want. We were greeted with beautiful view of the lake every morning. It was everything we wanted and more. Sue and Don were the perfects hosts, so friendly and helpful! Can't wait to come back!

Pleasant surroundings, nice quiet location with lovely view. The well equipped kitchen went mostly unused due to myriad eateries within walking distance. Parked our vehicle and chose not to, and never needed to use it during our stay. Oh, and if you're into turtles the Turtle Bridge is aptly named. Good experience overall, would happily stay again.

Danitria was a perfect host! Before booking, I had some family emergencies that kept changing our dates - but she was extremely flexible, responsive and understanding. Between her pre-check in communications, welcome book and other notes - we had absolutely no questions or issues the entire 2 weeks we stayed. The house was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We felt as comfortable there as we would have been at home. Would definitely go back!

We had an excellent stay at Joseph's place! The location, in a small gated community, surrounded by trees was exceptionally peaceful and the others in the neighborhood offered friendly waves whenever we passed. The cottage was extremely cozy (two sets of comfortable sofas, a comfortable bed) and expertly equipped (i.e. full set of cookware, can opener, orange juice and creamer) and thoughtfully designed (washer dryer, front porch with chairs, fire pit in back). The extra, extra plus for us was that we could bring our dog. The location is ideal 20 mins from Lewes, 25 minutes from Rehobeth, and 40 minutes from Bethany Beach - tons to explore, especially outdoors. Joseph was very proactive (gate instructions in advance, for example) and responsive (friendly tone, responded within minutes to each question). Would recommend highly and without reservations!

Dock Holiday is perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in a serene setting. The space is unique, funky and inviting. It feels like a family summer home, a place to make warm memories. It has everything you need for function and comfort—AC, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a screened in porch. The property is beautiful with a large shady yard and a lovely breeze off the bay. There are footpaths all around the neighborhood and the pool area is great for all ages. The ocean, beach, shopping, restaurants and other attractions are about 20 minutes away. That area is very crowded in summer, so it’s nice to go there when you want to and return to Dock Holiday to unwind. We’re already talking about when going back next year.

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

Such a perfect mix of private and secluded but easy access to the beach. Loved the fire pit. Family had a great time, house had everything needed for the weekend.

This was our 2nd girls weekend at Merritt’s house and we loved every minute. Hope to come again next year. Charming home in perfect location!

The house is gorgeous and close to everything. So much space and everything was clean. Katie was super flexible and responsive. There's also so much more than I thought, including kitchen supplies and beach chairs.

The house and area was so nice and peaceful. Everything that we needed was in the house or close by, as was Josh who was very helpful with asking if we needed anything too! We would definitely love to come back and stay again!

The community around Beth’s condo is amazing. Nice and quiet but still close enough to everything to where it’s not a hassle to get there! Plenty of space inside the condo so people don’t feel crammed! Sits on a beautiful golf course! Can’t recommend this condo enough!

This was my 4th stay at Karen's beach house. As always, it was fantastic! She was proactive in reaching out to me prior to check in, and always answers quickly when there's questions. The house was clean upon arrival and we enjoyed the privacy, the views, and some fishing. I look forward to next year when hopefully I'll enjoy my 5th stay!

Lori is a fantastic host. She was responsive and friendly. Her home is beautiful and well-tended. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The house is roomy with plenty of beds for everyone. The family room was perfect for movie night. The house is within easy walking distance to several restaurants and the boardwalk. We will definitely keep this in mind for future stays.

Linda was so friendly and responsive to all my questions. Her place is absolutely beautiful, clean, close to the beach and shopping outlets. It felt like home away from home. She thought about every need for her guests, even having bike available! This was my first time booking an Airbnb and the experience will absolutely make me a returning customer.
