Diane's place is wonderful, she is an excellent host, very friendly, helpful. I have stayed at Diane MIL suite numerous times over the past few years and will continue. it's my go to place when in town.

It was a nice suite with just what my pup and I needed. The location was unbeatable. The beach was right there, and Fenwick Island and South Bethany shops/restaurants were only a minute or two away. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place to stay! Very comfortable bedrooms. Paola was very responsive and every thing we needed was there. Highly recommend this place parents visiting their adult children at BayHealth or the Air Force base.

Ed and Cindy are AMAZING hosts!! My kid, 1 year old grandkid and two friends stayed here on my account and they treated my family like they were their own family. They were super responsive and helpful. They even gave my kid milk for my grandson when they ran out. I truly cannot say enough about these renters. They made me feel like my family was safe when I couldn’t be there with them. I highly recommend Ed and Cindy. If you are in need of a place to stay in the area definitely book this place. My family raved about the beauty and walking trails behind the house. Hopefully one day I’ll get to stay here myself!! I’d definitely rent from them again. 💙

A nice quiet neighborhood with a private entrance. Plenty of space with pretty much everything you need. Would definitely return if in the area.

This property is located in an amazing neighborhood. Beautiful tree lined streets with amazing homes make for a quiet and peaceful morning stroll. Within walking distance are a number of excellent restaurants, parks and museums. The rental unit is cozy and secluded with all the things needed for an enjoyable short or extended stay. The hosts, Ed and Tracey, are awesome and always available for a quick question or recommendation to a local restaurant or places to visit. Would not hesitate to stay there again and plan to this coming April.

I stayed here for a month during work trip and could not have been happier with the place. Kurt is a fantastic host who went above and beyond to accommodate me. The apartment is spacious and had everything I needed, and the washer and dryer in the garage were a lifesaver. I made use of the quiet neighborhood for jogging, and it’s very near a Target, ACME and several restaurants. If I come back to the area I will definitely be hoping Kurt’s place is available!

The home is so private and secluded. We loved it. The house is situated perfectly on a strip of beach between Primehook Nature Preserve and Delaware Bay. From the deck on the front of the house you see the marsh and sunsets and from the back deck you can watch the sun rise over the water. It is a new construction with unobstructed views from the windows and sliding glass doors, and everything is clean and well appointed. Falling asleep to the waves, watching the moon rise and waking to the sunrise without ever leaving bed were my favorite activities! We also loved watching the wild life. We watched a couple crabbing from the bridge one night and saw fox on our morning walks along the shore and even saw two bald eagles. Our grand children enjoyed the bay beach where the waves were not intimidating and we liked being only steps from the house! It was only a 20 minute drive to restaurants in the quaintest little town of Lewes. We look forward to vacationing here again!

Travis was super responsive and replied within a very short timeframe. Wi-Fi was fast which was great since I was working. You could walk in the neighborhood which we did a few times. Grocery store and some restaurants are a few miles away. Easy to get to. Nice mall, Target, outlets, restaurants and Costco all within about 15 min drive. Everything is easily accessible. Highway access close. Also about 10 mins to the historical part of downtown and the river boardwalk. Unit was plenty spacious for a 1-bedroom. Comfortable. Full kitchen and laundry was great. Off street parking was a plus! No complaints at all. Would definitely stay again! Thanks so much Travis & Gabrielle!

Andrea was extremely helpful and responsive. We visited from NJ to stay for a night in DE to receive a package for non sales tax. Andrea has done whatever she could to make sure we did not miss the package, eg posting a sign on the front door, providing a Chime for our floor, holding the delivery person while we were away. The place was very clean and cozy. The self checkin and checkout process was seamless. I’d recommend this place for anyone.

This is our third stay at Tom's place, and we absolutely love it. It's become our go-to spot whenever we visit the Delaware Beaches. Tom's place is always sparkling clean, well-maintained, and provides the privacy we need. It's conveniently located near Lewes Beach and Bethany Beach, and it's also just a short drive to Ocean City, MD. The swimming pool is a great bonus during our stay. Tom is a fantastic host—he's very responsive and goes out of his way to ensure we have everything we need. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere to stay!
