Don’t let the detailed instructions put you off. Easy to follow when you’re on site. We found the uncluttered feel of this condo restful. The area was quiet and we had no issues parking. Huge master bed and bath. Table on the patio provided a lovely spot for a nightcap after a day spent exploring. Thank you!

Nancy was very accommodating with our last-minute reservation. She communicated frequently and responded to any issues that arose promptly and graciously. The accommodations were beautiful - adjacent to the private community beach, which was clean and spacious. The house was clean; it was great having 3.5 bathrooms and a bed for each guest. We had a few issues with linens but Nancy responded promptly and resolved our issues. I would absolutely rent from her again.

The setting was very peaceful - surrounded by tall pine trees with lots of space between buildings, which is rare for a beach community. The kitchen and furnishings were a bit older but worked just fine for our beach week. Very convenient to the pool and tennis courts. The parking pass for beach parking was very helpful though we also took the trolley and walked to town once. The screened-in porch is lovely.

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

Michael’s place was well appointed and the space was perfect for our family. It was in walking distance to some of our favorite spots in Rehoboth and perfect for SeaWitch. We will be back!

We had a great time and felt like home! Cozy living room, lovely bedrooms and fancy bathrooms. Loved that it had 2 primary bedrooms. Beautiful quiet neighborhood.

The home and location were as described. Extremely clean!! Plenty of space. Clear and easy instructions about everything. Great location - proximity to the beach and restaurants. Never had to drive! And Jane was very responsive if I had a question!! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jane!

Amazing vacation spot. Julia is a great host and her place is spotless. We stayed during the Thanksgiving break and had so much fun despite the cold weather. Julia was extremely communicative through our stay and very accommodative. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay at Jenn's place. Jenn was highly responsive, and her place and amenities were exactly as advertised. Our adult family group of seven settled in quickly and nicely. We plan to return for another week of vacation next summer.

Only my wife and I, we both really enjoyed staying here. Three bedrooms with queen beds, definitely room for 6. Great air conditioning, easy Nest thermostat. Nice beachy feel with it's decorations and adornments. Kitchen was very well stocked, we did cook a few meals and it was easy as kitchen had everything we needed. Jeff was quick to respond to any questions we had which we appreciated. We would definitely recommend.

Since i only have a limited area to write, I must say that me and my guests stay at the Maksym’s place was outstanding. The host tended to all of my concerns in a professional and promptly manner. If I could give out 100 stars as a rating I would in a heartbeat. I would definitely highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a well kept, safe neighborhood with all of the amenities that a person would want to have. I definitely will seek out their residence again when needed. Thank you for being such an incredible host.

This was my first ever renting and Airbnb! Harmonys townhome was beautiful and everything as it was described and pictured. Communication with Harmony was top notch. Very responsive and helpful with my questions being new to this. She checked on us a few times to make sure everything went well with check in and that we had what we needed! 10/10 would recommend Harmony’s beautiful home to anyone that needs a place in that area. Close to everything!

Stayed at Grace's house Thanksgiving week. Her house was so comfortable, clean and cozy. We cook a lot and her kitchen was so well stocked - it had everything dish and pan we needed for all our meals! Such a close walk to the beach. We took many walks. All the bedrooms were warm and comfy. We played lots of games around the large dining room table. Grace is super responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful week.

We loved our stay at Jessica’s place in beautiful Bethany beach. It was a peaceful visit off season and the location was perfect with delicious restaurants nearby and a short drive to the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean, roomy, and we loved the convenient outside shower. We would love to stay there again.

I had a great experience with Crystal. She communicated clearly, was very responsive, and showed a deep understanding throughout the process. The Airbnb was also very nice—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Georgette’s townhouse was lovely. There are 3 pools in the community area, we found one that was easy to find and clean. The townhouse itself was adorable. Nicely decorated and with a beachy decor and pretty artwork. The neighbors we met were quiet and friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortably slept our party of 10. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed but we didn’t cook dinners. We could’ve used a few more rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. It took about 10 minutes (by car) to get to the boardwalk and beach (a smooth and easy ride) and was close to some other great places to eat on route one. Georgette communicated quickly with us upon our arrival, and we did need to reach out to her after that. Thank you for making our first visit to rehoboth fun!

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean, plenty of space. Lots of on-site amenities. I recommend this house for any folks interested in staying near Bethany Beach.

I live for this house the community was so friendly, the house was very beautiful inside and the lake was very cool as well me and my friends used the canoe they provided and went canoeing. The restaurant across the street has THE BEST PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD, I CAN STILL TASTE IT. Overall!! The house 10/10 would recommend very pleasing beach aesthetic.
