Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Delaware

I was sad to go. The mattress was very comfortable. The food was amazing. I could not get enough of the beet salad. I visit to wine down and to enjoy some peace and quiet and Good Earth was the perfect spot. Will definitely be back!

Everything about our stay at Jim's place was perfect. He is a super host. I accidentally deleted an email containing some details, and Jim got back to me right away and answered my questions. His Welcome Book is full of helpful suggestions of places to eat and things to do. We definitely hope to come back again.

Recently stayed here for a lacrosse tournament at DE Turf. Location was great - maybe 10 minutes to fields. The airbnb was fully stocked including things you’d need for sporting events (sports chairs, ice packs, etc). Which was great for those traveling in! Lots of quick restaurants and shops nearby. Only “complaint” was noise outside of the house. Noise machines do help but on a busy Friday and Saturday night, was a bit noisy still. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Autumn is an excellent host. Her home is lovely -- spacious, clean, comfortable, and a wonderful location.

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at Mark and Linda's cozy "home away from home." It was so comfortable, clean and the eclectic furnishings added to the charm. Mark was very responsive when I had technical difficulties with the TV - he helped facilitate a solution quickly. Recommendations for food and activities were appreciated and worked out well for our visit. In addition, when I arrived, they had a blender waiting for use after I had asked if there was one. This really made a big difference to me - very responsive and thoughtful. I will definitely utilize Mark and Linda's cozy abode next time I visit Delaware. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a cool beach house! Very big nice kitchen/dining room. Nice space all around! We were there for a lacrosse tournament, so we didn’t do much except eat and sleep and watch the Tyson fight on Netflix. The place was stocked with everything. If we are in the area, we’ll try to stay there again.

Great location. Property very roomy for a big group. Wes was great to work with!

We were celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary and the apartment was exactly what we needed! It was charming, cozy,and peaceful. We loved the beach themed decor and how Rick and Alene went out of their way to make us feel special. They had a card wishing us,"Happy Anniversary, " along with a small bottle of champagne 🍾 and 2 champagne glasses, chocolates, snacks, sodas, and bottled water. What impressed us the most was that prior to arriving, I emailed Alene to ask her if she could please wash the linens with TIDE FREE detergent since I have extremely sensitive skin. And, she did!!! We have recommended this place already to several of our family members. We look forward to going back!

Five stars all around from accommodations to host responsiveness

We needed a small spot for one night while in the Dover area, and Paul & Erma’s space was perfect. They were willing to accommodate our late evening check-in and gave us check-in details well in advance. The space was very clean and cozy, and we were welcomed by the super friendly barn cat and baked goods inside. We would definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing place to stay. Close to everything from outlets to coffee shops to bars and restaurants. Really well stocked kitchen and cozy atmosphere. Would love to stay here again!

Benjamin was very communicative throughout my stay and accommodated my requests. Would book with him again!

We stayed 2 weekends due to family travel. James is a great host and his place was exactly what we needed for our trip! We’ll be back!

We had a great time at the unit. Everything was very nice and clean. It was easy to access and the check-in and checkout went very smoothly. The thing that we liked the most is that it was very quiet. We would definitely visit again! We give this unit a rating of five stars!

My 2nd comfortable stay at this apartment. With kitchen, sitting room, some exercise equipment and an extra bed. It was an easy decision to return . :)

As always, Marie's condo was in immaculate condition. Great location to South Bethany and Bethany Beach. We always enjoy staying there.

We had a peaceful stay in Betty’s quaint, clean and organized space. Everything we needed was there, and then some. Betty was also very kind in correspondence. They sent the great recommendation of Cape Henlopen prior to our arrival and also sent a thoughtful check-in midway into our stay. We loved how walkable it was. Lewes is a gem of a place and we would recommend visiting and staying here!

We were very impressed with the apartment. We really felt at home and comfortable during our stay. Florin pride in her apartment was very obvious and well planned, She stocked the apartment with everything you would need and more. Her pride in this location places it top of our list for the area and we would recommend to anyone - It and she is a gem. What wonderful people to deal with and she works hard to meet your needs. I must rate it and her as EXCELLENT, GOOD VALUE, COMFORTABLE WITH A GREAT LOCATION. We hope to be repeat customers. Thank You so much Florin.

Our stay at the condo was excellent. The main living/gathering space was comfortable, open, and bright and the screen porch was fantastic! Beds were comfortable and the location was extremely convenient to the outlets and both downtown Lewes and Rehoboth.

We spent a winter weekend here and it was very peaceful and cozy. We traveled with a pup, and appreciated how quiet it was so our dog could fully relax. Plus the proximity to the beach was amazing. Condo was just as pictured, small but cozy and well set up. Brian was a great host, very proactive in communicating making sure we had everything we needed!

We had an amazing stay! The space was spotless, comfortable, and had such fun amenities that made our trip even more enjoyable. Nikhil was incredibly gracious, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He truly became our hero when we lost something during our stay—he quickly located it and ensured it was returned to us without delay. Highly recommend this place for an outstanding experience!

This condo has been beautifully redone: new, clean, calm, serene, cozy. The beds and linens were soft and very comfortable, the space was tastefully decorated; everything very functional, bathrooms spotless. Washer and dryer was awesome. The location was perfect for our needs with access to the Breakwater trail, restaurants, and shopping, and the Rehoboth boardwalk. We loved discovering the drawer of games, and my kids and I played a few of them, as well as colored with the crowns and markers provided. That was very nice! We were in town during the winter, so I was not able to have coffee on the balcony, but looking forward to that when we can book again in warm weather.

Jane was a wonderful host! Very responsive! The home was very cute and exactly what we needed. Close to the beach and activities, yet quiet! Will definitely stay again in the future!
