The house was absolutely perfect. I reunited here with friends I met in Germany 22 years ago. Our kids, who once played together as babies, came along too. Seeing them reconnect in this beautiful setting was incredibly special. The space was clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Emily’s place was great! Came to Kentucky for a Derby Weekend bachelor party and it was the perfect location. The place had a basketball court and hot tub, and was quietly tucked away from the city. The property is situated on a pond and we even got to see eagles go fishing!

We have stayed in several properties booked through many different services and Rebecca and Tom's home really is the best one. It is fabulous. "You could've eaten off the floor" as the saying goes; the house was immaculate from the outside areas to the kitchen and bathroom, and even the basement. The upstairs and the basement is a paradise for children with all of the toys, board games, Legos, foosball, ping pong, and even an air hockey table. The hot tub was spotlessly clean and several robes provided for use as needed. The patio has really comfortable furniture and gas grill that was clean as can be with an extra tank of fuel if you need it. I loved the fire pit with wood already stacked insides ready to light. They thought of everything down to the smallest detail. Her communication was quick, helpful, and so very friendly. I can't say enough good things about Rebecca and Tom and their home. Stay here and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Rebecca and Tom !!!

Thank you, for great accommodations. We did not have time to really enjoy the house and all the amenities. However, I recommend , if you want to feel like home. Very inviting, warm decor and is much bigger than the photos. My sister and I enjoyed coffee, every morning on the front porch. It was so relaxing and great place to bond. Met the cleaning staff on our way out. Very nice and helpful.

I cannot say enough nice things about this home. Brittany was a fantastic, responsive host who not only delivered on what was promised in the listing but exceeded every expectation for hospitality - treats for our two pups, chocolates and wine. Deer came to visit on the property, which was an amazing sight. We enjoyed the hot tub and awesome gym. We will absolutely be back. Thank you, Brittany!

Our family of 14 had plenty of space and enjoyed the property immensely. The kids (and adults) had a lovely time experiencing the animals and hanging out in the home. The layout of the main floor was particularly appreciated due to the openness - while some were preparing lunch, others were playing games or reading and we all felt connected together. No need to be wary of the many stated rules - even though they are oft repeated and / or seem pretty specific, they are simply typical rules of a property of this sort, spelled out in more detail. We would highly recommend the space -- we have travelled 2-3 hours to find a cabin like this, and this one was in our back yard. Our family wants to come back next year, hope we can make that happen.
