“Really great place to stay. Everything was clean and just as described, and any questions were answered quickly. Super great value in a nice area close to everything.”
Stay here in the heart of Fountain Square, minutes from downtown Indy! Our home is a great mix of old and new. You'll be staying just one block off Virginia Ave. and Indy's cultural trail, which takes you downtown (1 mile away), or stay in the neighborhood and experience the dining and eclectic shops that Fountain Square has to offer.
“This was my second stay at the house, and it was a great return visit. The house is very close to a fun neighborhood and is just outside of downtown Indianapolis. Lots to do nearby, but nicely quiet and tucked away from the business of the city.”
Welcome to Indy and the upcoming near-eastside. We've created a comfortable space we hope will make you feel at home. The home is perfect for work & play and close to the heart of downtown, Mass Ave and Fountain Square. No parties, no smoking, we charge a $250 cleaning fee for smoking inside the home. You may smoke on the front porch. The home is located in an older urban neighborhood. Many homes need some repairs and others are undergoing renovations.
“Very nice place! Clean, nice decor, bed large enough for two. Lots of extra sheets and bedding if needed, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you would need. Bathroom had extra shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels and washcloths, too. The only thing I have to say negative is that the tub is very small. I'm relatively small and thin and felt uncomfortable taking a shower. Minor downside, though. The location is great. It's just a few minutes drive from basic stores, restaurants, etc. but enough removed from the city to be comfortable. My boyfriend and I hate cities but we didn't feel overwhelmed or trapped like we often do when in them. The neighborhood is a bit of a fixing-it-upper, but we both felt totally safe. Plus, there was a really nice playground with a picnic area less than a minute walk from the house. Hosts replied very quickly to any questions throughout the stay. We actually decided to stay several extra days! All in all, this place is a catch.”
