Our family's experience at Nick's place was really amazing. We have a young family of 7, so the spacious property was a perfect fit. Nick's place was free of clutter, and the overall design was supported the luxurious simplicity. Our 5 kids could not wait for the game room and movie theater. Mission accomplished. Nick even allowed us an earlier check in that the listing indicated, and when we arrived they had orchestrated an Easter egg hunt for the kids. We were like, "what?!?!". The kids spent the first 30 minutes sprinting from wall to wall trying to find eggs 😂. Thanks Nick!

Had a great time- worked well for our group, including 7 kids. Plenty of space to hang out/eat and cook in the kitchen, kids loved playing games in the basement. They had everything we needed stocked (towels, linens, kitchen supplies etc.). House was very clean! Would definitely stay again.

Viviana was a great host, extremely responsive prior to my stay. We stayed there during thanksgiving and responsiveness slowed down a bit but that’s to be expected with the holidays. Since we were there in the winter months, the main floor and basement was very cold and wouldn’t go above 65 degrees F. Luckily there was a fireplace that helped a lot, but the nights were cold. The hot tub was great. Finishing in the pond was great. Space was able to accommodate a very large family.

**5-StarOur stay at The Kingsley Schoolhouse was a delightful experience! The bohemian aesthetic created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We hosted a birthday party for eight, and the ample parking was a fantastic advantage. The easy keypad entry made access simple, while the modern appliances and comfortable beds added to our comfort. You can truly see the love and effort Brent and his wife have put into this quaint home. They were responsive hosts, always available to help. The checkout process was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a unique and cozy getaway, The Kingsley Schoolhouse is the perfect choice! Highly recommend!

Our stay was great! Check in was super easy, the place was spotless including all the beds and linens, and Alex was available to help at all times. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean and the hosts very easy to communicate with and helpful. We had no issues with our stay, and the duplex was perfect for a girls weekend that included 20 women. It was a quick drive to downtown or Covington, plenty of parking, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. It was cute inside and the kitchens were fully furnished and functional. Great stay!! A couple things that weren't ideal, but also not the hosts' fault, and didn't really impact our stay: We didn't realize when we were booking that there is a highway between the duplex's back patio and the river, so you definitely have some road noise if you're hanging out outside. Also, the downstairs bedrooms don't have doors, so if you have a big noisy group, it's tough for anyone sleeping down there to go to bed early or sleep late.

We stayed here for my friend's bachelorette, and it was perfect! There is a lot of space, a well stocked kitchen, and two large gathering spaces. The roof deck was lots of fun and had great views for enjoyment and pictures. It's location is very convenient for walking to OTR and ubering to Covington for activities. We felt safe in the area, but were some louder street activities at night. Seth was a great host who was very helpful and gave great recommendations. I'd highly recommend the stay!

Rodney was a great host, asked us prior to our arrival about any specific needs and followed through with special spices and an extra crockpot that came in handy with our big group meals! The house was beautifully remodeled with elegant touches throughout each of the different floors! The huge yard was perfect for our pooch to explore and we all loved the recreational room filled with many things to do during our weekend stay! Rodney was readily available to assist with the questions we had randomly and was such a friendly and understanding host. We would love to stay again!

Very comfortable house, with 7 guests and one bathroom it can get a bit tight, but that didn’t affect the quality of our stay. Love the neighborhood and the house - host is very responsive. I would stay here again

A group of us stayed here the night before a conference at the Truist Arena. This was a great location for that with the perfect amount of space for our group. Highly recommend!

The backyard was great for the kids and dogs and the house was cozy with lots of room for guests.

We stayed Easter weekend this year, because our daughter goes to UC, and it was amazing. The house was adorable, great location, clean, and had everything you could want. We saved so much space in the car just by not having to bring the pack and play and travel highchair. As soon as we got there, our two year-old granddaughter ran straight for the backyard. But in the evenings there were so many toys to play with, and good toys that really keep kids entertained; the toys were a pleasant surprise. Thank you Jessica, we loved our stay!

Chateau was a wonderful host and this place was everything I expected. Very spacious and the mattresses were a 10 out of 10!
