Lety was so great! She offered ways to save, local recommendations and even road closure alerts. I was treated like family. also loved the location and the walkability of the neighborhood. The bed was super comfortable as well.

Perfect space and location for what we needed. Hosts were extremely accommodating. Easy check in/out. Reasonably priced. Great food recommendations too!

We came down for the Supercross motorcross event at Daytona Speedway. While arriving quite late from our flight the front door key pad was not taking the pin and we found out from the guest below, once they opened the door seeing that we were struggling, she informed us the cleaners changed the code. We were able to then get to our door up the stairs and that code too had changed. I called Marcus and he picked up immediately to apologize and give us the codes. I did not get the email he sent through Airbnb as we were traveling and getting in late. Once we were in the entire stay was lovely. Quiet, upper unit, close to Smyrna Beach with plenty to do when we were not at the Speedway. I appreciated some KCups that were there with the small liquid creamers, as we did not shop until the next day. Those amenities were a blessing the next morning! Only suggesting is, perhaps have some bikes available for guests to ride, a lovely location to take a bike ride along the causeway! Maria & Lyle

Location,location,location.Close to Lido Beach !5 minute walk to the bay which is beautiful.Also right outside your door are 20 or 30 restaurants.You are close to a 2 movie theaters and Whole Foods are 2 blocks away .The only negative for some people would be the stairs .They did not bother me but might be difficult for some people .

Lauren was a fantastic communicator and gave us all of the information needed to make our stay in Ybor City a huge success!! The space was large and thoughtfully decorated, with a location that can’t be beat just a block away from the heart of the historic district. The place was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival, spic and span! We loved our visit and will definitely be booking this again in the future - would recommend to anyone seeking a wonderful spot to vacation and enjoy this special city!! Thank you, Lauren!!

Janaina is super friendly and welcoming. The condo is in nice proximity to universal studios and the restaurants and attractions on international drive. She has been doing this for a while so she has an intuitive sense for what you need and is attentive to all aspects of your stay

I booked a last minute vacation and this rental was perfect! The rental matched the description online. It was a walkable distance to the beach which was great, and they offered beach chairs too! It was a short stay, but super simple to check in and out, which made a last minute trip even easier! Would definitely stay again!

If we could stay at Shelly’s Place on a weekly basis we would! This had to be the best Airbnb experience we’ve had thus far…from the kindness and hospitality of Shelly and Bruce to the warmth of the space and beautiful animals on their beautiful farm ~ pure heaven! We truly look forward to staying with them again!

I loved staying here. Everything is exactly like the pictures. A quaint apartment that is super clean and luxurious. When I say clean, I really mean that, the house didn’t have a speck of dust and the shower didn’t have one smudge of mildew. I take cleanliness very serious and I was completely at ease to see the pristine beauty of the place. The hot tub was of course the highlight. It was soothing and easy to use. All of the safety rules and instructions were clearly posted and easy to read. I loved how private the patio was. The tall fences and sliding window panes around the hot tub was very reassuring. I really appreciated all of the accommodations available at this location. The dryer was especially handy for drying our swimsuits and de wrinkling our clothes. I give this location 10/5 stars. I will be booking here again in the future for sure. All in all this place was worth the amount and it was a perfect place for a quick weekend beach trip.

Bernard & Kathy are really great hosts. In addition to a prime location right across from a beautiful beach, they are within walking distance of several nice restaurants and the river. The historical and entertainment districts of St. Augustine are only a 10 minute drive away. You get both the proximity to downtown with the privacy of a peaceful neighborhood that felt very safe for great evening walks. We would gladly return for another stay and refer friends to stay at Bernard & Kathy’s place.

We are return renters, simply because this is a great place to stay! Quiet, private, well appointed. Easy walking distance to beautiful lakes, and great restaurants. The art gallery is not to be missed. Hopefully we'll be able to rent again.
