Loft vacation rentals in Central Florida

Venessa was an excellent host. Always responded to my questions promptly and instructions to the place were spot on and included an overhead picture for reference. The place is very cozy with a lot of towels, laundry supplies and ammeneties for the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is well supplied with seasonings, pots, a Keurig coffee maker and a tower of pods. Excellent host and perfect location for being in Tampa.

Amanda and Steven's home offered a nice respite during my vacation. If you are looking for state-of-the-art, keep looking. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and cozy and feels like it's giving you a hug, this is the place! Charming space above a garage, the space is clean, roomy, and perfect for a week (or longer!). They left brochures giving tons of recommendations. My trip kept me busy from morning to night, so I was sad I was unable to meet my hosts and their pets. I would absolutely stay here again when I visit in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming little loft, located just off the intercoastal. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but only a short distance from an entertainment district full of restaurants, shops, and galleries. We attended a weekend wine walk and outdoor concert there. In addition, a short drive took us to the beach area with more local entertainment and shopping. Communication was great - Marcus and Kim were gracious hosts responsive to any questions. Such a pleasant location and the place itself was wonderful. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Perfect location with beach, restaurants, grocery store and small shops nearby! Perfectly located place for a beach stay. Very clean, very comfortable, everything is perfect! The only thing that would be nice to have on site would be a barbecue but it is clearly stated in the listing that there is not one! I would highly recommend it!

Wonderful quiet loft in the heart of downtown. Just a fews steps to river walk and lots of dining options. Parking is a bit of a walk from the loft, but very doable.

Just back from our second stay at the Barndominium. Shelley and Bruce are great hosts and a pleasure to deal with. The loft is quiet and peaceful in a rural setting but centrally located to major attractions in Orlando and Tampa. Feels like our home away from home after the second stay and we’re already looking forward to our third.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose’s home! He truly thought of everything in curating this experience. I was hesitant at first if a studio would be comfortable enough for 3 people, but it felt like a mansion. The setup inside was outstanding. Outside, it’s a private oasis! Jose was so generous in providing ample space for a family. The pool is gorgeous, he provided pool toys and all beach needs, it is very quiet and peaceful, and well maintained. The Bradenton area is close to all beautiful beaches. I actually preferred staying outside of the craziness, and being able to drive a short distance. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

Carmen’s unit was quite large and had everything we needed. It was great to have a washer and dryer along with a well equipped kitchen! She had pictures and descriptions that described the stairs so just be aware! We would definitely stay there again!

Great spot close to everything. Felt very comfortable and appreciated having all the basics (especially in the kitchen) like we would at home. It was well thought out and easy to find things. Little touches like a variety of pillow types made it extra comfortable.

This place was great. The location near the beach and all the restaurants were awesome. They were very responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

What a gem! Andrew is a wonderful host made us feel very at home. The loft is in a great location very walkable and all the amenities you need. Will definitely return when in florida.

We are return renters, simply because this is a great place to stay! Quiet, private, well appointed. Easy walking distance to beautiful lakes, and great restaurants. The art gallery is not to be missed. Hopefully we'll be able to rent again.
