House vacation rentals in Central Florida

We had our family of 4 adults and 2 small children, 4 1/2 and 1yr old ,, I chose this house primarily because of the location and the pool to keep the kiddos entertained.. we have family that lives in Sumter Square, so it was close to go back-and-forth for our visits . !! Prior to our visit there were certain Things we needed for the toddlers. Specifically a crib for the one year-old. ROBERT was most accommodating in giving us a local connection that could actually deliver a full size portable crib . It was a very easy process.!! This house was particularly close to Spanish Springs shopping centers, with lots of food and grocery stores and any accommodations that you might need!! We are not yet Disney people so we chose to go to Legoland with our toddlers and to Swamp Fever Alligator adventure!! Both were more than entertaining for all of us. I would highly recommend this area and ROBERT as your host !!!

Lots of different areas to hang out. Movie room was my fav and the video games. The house could be a little updated but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks again!

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

We had a great experience. One of the cleanest Airbnbs we have stayed at. Lots of attention to detail when they prepare the space for their guests. We not only enjoyed the house, but the neighborhood too. A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Heidy was very responsive and very clear with directions. I would definitely stay at this house again for another trip to the area.

Great place. Enjoyed being close to Flagler Ave. Place was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately, it was rain and 45 degrees for the week so we didnt use the pool, but it looked nice! Carla was quick to respond when an issue with the hot tub heater arose. She took action immediately. Technician came out on a Sunday evening! Certainly would recommend this property and Carla as a host. We will definitely be back.

Melanie allowed us early access to the house. She also gave us access to the garage to park in, there were pool accessories and chairs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The layout of the house was spacious and comfortable, allowing everyone to unwind and enjoy their time. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze. We really appreciated the nice pool; it was the perfect spot for relaxation. One of the highlights was having plenty of beach towels available, along with beach chairs and a blanket, which made our trips to the nearby beach seamless and enjoyable. The beach cooler was a fantastic bonus too, keeping our drinks perfectly chilled. We loved using the gas grill every day; it was ideal for those evening BBQs with family. The TVs in every room, complete with Roku, provided ample entertainment options for winding down at the end of the day. The host was incredibly responsive and always available when we had questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this place was perfect for our getaway, and we highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay in this house!! Our main priority was separate bedrooms for our teenage son and our preteen daughter to have their own space and this house was perfect!! The rooms were very good size and the master bed/bath was HUGE!!! The beds were very comfy and we loved that the fridge had ice and a water dispenser! We had a little hiccup when originally checking into the house with the passcode not working, but Hannah responded to my message almost immediately, even with it being late at night, and got us into the house in no time!! We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next trip down to Tampa!!

Jennifers place was even better than the photos. She really thought of everything. My family enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommend staying there.

Jose's place was spacious and comfortable. The second-level living room had a very large sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was also super convenient for visiting the parks, making our trip even easier. Would definitely recommend!

This place was incredible, the views were absolutely insane, beautiful home, just a perfect location for restaurants and close to all major stores, it was absolutely perfect!!

This beautiful home was exactly as pictured, and Ana was extremely responsive to our messages. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice also. We appreciated the seasonal touches around the home (valentines decor for February) as well as the added things provided such as paper towel, coffee, and bathroom amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the showers. These extra touches make a big difference. Would definitely stay at Ana’s place again!

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

We had a great one month stay! Dorina was very responsive and accommodating. We have a one year old, and they purchased a pack and play and a rocking chair for us to use doing our stay. The place was exceptionally clean! We had some minor plumbing issues (shower drain backed up), but they did everything they could and quickly took care of the issue. The hosts went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely recommend booking with them.

Loved this property, it had everything we needed for a thanksgiving weekend. Publix was 8 mins away, very large driveway. And they supplied the bathrooms with plenty of tissue paper. A lot to do on the property such as fire pit and game room

This was our second time staying at the Strawberry Stilt house! We loved it both times. Right off of Hwy 60 so it is easy to find. Only about 6-7 miles to several grocery store choices. Joseph keeps it nice and clean too! Loved having the big washer and dryer combo! It's the perfect extra that kept us in clean clothes. Big spacious walk around yard for our dog, plus sidewalks on US 60. Complete kitchen with comfortable bar-style seating. 2 tv's available. Joseph is quick to text back answers to my questions. You will enjoy staying in his guest house!

This cottage met all expectations and is just what we've been looking for in this area. We will definitely stay here again each year on our way home from South Florida! Comfy beds, reading lights in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Great host! We love it!

Pam’s place was lovely and a perfect place for our vacation. The heated pool was very appreciated, and there were plenty of towels, blankets, soap, dishes, blankets etc. The house was exactly as pictured and very spacious. Pam was very helpful with instructions and checked in regularly. We had no issues during our stay but we felt if anything did occur Pam would have been responsive which was nice to know. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again if we came back to Orlando.

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!! Glenn was an incredible host and this home was the peaceful retreat that we needed when visiting for a wedding. The neighborhood was quiet and next to many great attractions.

Edney was an amazing host! His communication was quick and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was breathtaking – extremely clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. It far exceeded our expectations!
