Townhome vacation rentals in Central Florida

We really liked the location for our Disney excursions. The resort pool area was fantastic and loved 4pm happy hour. The condo was spacious and comfortable for 7 adults and a baby. I did share a few minor concerns prior to departure that will be easily fixed. I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

The location for us was amazing and the property that the condo was in was extremely safe, private, & beautiful. Amazing scenery for morning walks before starting the day!

We had a fantastic week long stay! We felt right at home in this beautiful home. It was spacious and comfortable for my family. The home was clean and ready to go upon check in. The location is perfect with easy walks to entertainment and restaurants but also in close proximity to the theme parks. The amenities on site were just as described. We will definitely be back!

Amazing experience, the hot tub was awesome, the mattresses were incredible. Very spacious as well. Fantastic Airbnb for the family and close to the parks, also close to Disney springs. Amazing!!!

This is a place I regularly stay as it is convenient to family I am visiting. I always feel very comfortable and at home, and will almost certainly stay again.

Vincent's place looked exactly like the listing and was extremely clean. It had all of the items we needed and more. As a family, this was the first time we spent Christmas away from home. We arrived to a Christmas gift for our family, which was very thoughtful. Vincent's responses were always prompt and courteous. We would definitely stay again.

Probably one of the best houses we've stayed at. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook meals. House was also very clean. We didn't have chance to take advantage of the community amenities but the pool and tiki bar looked great. Instructions and communication with host were great. Bathrooms were also well stocked with enough towels and toilet paper. Our party of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) were very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

SUPERIOR hosts. This place is perfectly located. If your Orlando trip is based in the city of Orlando, this house is a fantastic location as it is only 10-15 minutes to basically everywhere. The house is clean and no-nonsense. It definitely has some wear and tear, but the bottom floor is very open and great for hanging out and eating together with your party. The kitchen is pretty well fully stocked with the pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. Now with one of our kids soon to be going to college in Orlando, we will be coming often, and we would definitely try to stay here again. There are more pillows than you will know what to do with which is always a PLUS!!

House was warm and inviting. It's a great location and family friendly. The host was readily available when something was needed. My family and I enjoyed.

The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. It was in a gated community so I felt very safe. i would stay here again.

Great place. Had many amenities so we didn’t have to purchase thing like toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing soap. Very well stocked.

We had such a great time!! The backyard was adorable, everything was super clean and in order, and we walked to Armature every night. We would absolutely stay here again with our family!

Beach house was exactly as described. We actually found it better than expected!

Great place. Very tidy and well stocked both in the kitchen (snacks & bottled water) and bathrooms. I walked around in socks and the floors were very clean. We could have walked the 2 to 3 miles to the park entrance to Busch Gardens, but my friends decided to drive instead (and paid to park). Not sure how much a ride share would have been. If we go to the park again, we would consider staying at this AirB&B again.

Katherine was a great host & my family really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect because it is right off Flagler so there is so much to do around it and walkable to the beach. Loved the bikes and all of the beach supplies that were provided were perfect! Clean and adorable Airbnb! Highly recommend!
