Clean and good location

The place was exactly like the pictures! Host was very friendly and responded very quickly. 10/10 recommend for a getaway. Had a lot of surrounding places to eat, including a cute little coffee shop all within walking distance. Rooftop pool was definitely my favorite part.

Perfect location in the building; on the same floor as the gym which was a nice perk. Rooftop is beautiful. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or take a short uber/lyft. Unit is clean, bright, modern, & refreshingly minimalist. Parking was only a small challenge over the weekend but we always found something right on the park or reasonably nearby most of the time. Tucker was super responsive with any and all questions leading up to and during our stay. We plan on trying to book this very unit again in the near future as it felt like the perfect little home away from home. Thank you Tucker!

Sirena was very friendly, responsive and helpful with the instructions on access to the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and homey. Lots of amenities at our disposal, beautiful views from the balcony. We felt very safe and comfortable. The apartment is directly across the street from Petco Park and very quick walk to the Gas lamp. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but would have loved to have stayed for longer.

Very very homey and beautiful stay for a getaway in SD. It’s walking distance from almost all the cool spots in the city. Host was immensely attentive and responded almost immediately to any of my questions, personally the best host we’ve ever had. Only hurdle to be aware of is the parking, then again you’re across the street from petco park so it’s expected. But besides that our stay was perfect. definitely would stay again for the view alone!, everything is just a plus :)

I enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, had strong wifi and had everything I needed. You can hear the music from Las Pulgas so you might want to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped—perfect for our needs. The welcome snacks were a lifesaver after our late arrival, providing breakfast for the next day. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive. Staying for a month, we especially appreciated the excellent storage solutions, which kept everything tidy and made it feel like a real home (not a hotel!). The towels, bath towels, and even beach towels were clean, soft, and much appreciated. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to San Diego—highly recommended!

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

Wonderful place for a family visiting. Definitely check it out if you are visiting UCSD student.

It was our second time staying at Michelle’s home, we enjoy more and more every time. The sunset by the pool at 7pm was simply breathtaking, We will def plan on coming back 👍🏼

The apartment is great, very clean and well kept, the location is also great, very private and calm area, away from all the city traffic yet close enough to visit local restaurants and coffee shops, very recommended.

I loved how spacious, clean and quiet the resort was. The lobby was nice as well. Things did start off bumpy with the host I checked in with, she was trying to take her lunch and her co-worker was in training so unable to check me in without help. So evidently I interrupted the lunch of said host and she was angry and let it be known. I expressed it wasn’t my fault she was having to work while on lunch but we were already checking in an hour and a half late and did not want to wait for her lunch to be over. I was not angry with the host, I understand her frustration but also, I’ve never been asked to wait to check-in until the employees lunch is over. Overall the pros outweighed the cons.

Really enjoyed everything, will reach out again next time my family and/or I am on the west coast again. Thank you!

Place was perfect!! Just as described. Close to stores and every place we wanted to go. My family loved swimming and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Communication was easy. Responded quickly. The whole process was very smooth.

Our family had an amazing time. Perfect place to spend family time together. The rooftop outdoor space was a favorite spot for all of us. Convenient location. Quick walk to Bay and good local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Michaels place was beyond what my family and I expected. The backyard with the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We really felt like home and didn’t want to leave. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were spotless. We have stayed at many air bnb’s and I must say this place is by far the best one we have been to. Michael was very responsive and accommodating. This place is giving us a reason to come back to San Diego.

The house is clean, spacious, and has great decorations. We find it comfortable to stay in Lawrence's house. The host was also very nice and called us to ask whether there was anything we needed to make our experience better. However, there are about 10 high stairs to the front entrance, which is not ideal for people who have difficulty climbing stairs or young children. It is not a big deal for us, but we do have a toddler, so we need to be extra careful to get in and out of the house. The kitchen would benefit from having an electric kettle, so getting hot drinks (tea, instant coffee) would be easier.

Daniel and Emily's place is a true gem and was all that I hoped it would be! We came for a weekend family celebration and housed 4 generations, in this gorgeous home. The house was immaculate, welcoming, and had plenty of space. The available baby items and toys made travel easier for my children, who did not have to pack thoses things for my grandchildren. The backyard is a true oasis - a large, well kept yard, play house and gym for the kids, lots of comfortable seating....we truly enjoyed it. Emily was very responsive when I asked a couple of questions and her communication from booking to departure was clear, helpful and positive. It felt like working with a friend. Knowing we were having a family celebration, she even left a much appreciated bottle of wine for us on check in. I could not have asked for a better host or space. I'd give more stars if I could and I truly hope to have a chance to stay with Daniel and Emily again in the future. Thank you both!
