Great stay in the heart of easy village. The 2 key setup for the front and back door was strange but it worked as we followed the instructions. space felt big with the layout, water pressure was good as well as the hot water.

This was a great home away from home while we visited our daughter who lives just minutes away. The place was clean, attractive, and comfortable, and we appreciated the off-street parking. Ryan was very friendly and a great host. We will definitely visit again!

Susan was great to rent the apartment from. She reached out right away with how to check in and responded promptly to messages.

Perfect little loft! Elizabeth was super friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing it doesn’t have a/c so if you’re a person like me, who likes it cold this ain’t it. But she does provide a fan. She does say that in her description about the air, I just missed it. So the first day was verrrrry hot. Everything else was great.

Will definitely be staying here again. Just an all around great Airbnb. Great location, close to biking trails, restaurants, and iCubs!

It was very clean and quiet. We didn't hear any neighbors or other noises at all. The apartment was clean and anything we might have needed was provided. The owner communicated weel and directions were through. A note that google maps brings you in a different entrance so note your location. I would recommend this stay to anyone!!

This location was incredible! A 5 minute drive from downtown. And the Airbnb itself was so nice, lots of beds and very comfortable! Very clean as well! Carl was an incredibly responsive host and even accommodated a late checkout which was very appreciated!!!

Hosts were fantastic, very responsive. Wonderful location, especially if you need a place near Drake Univeristy. Parking was easy and accessible.

Very nice with a great view of the city.. Easy to park and access. Very clean and comfy. Loved sitting out on the patio. Very nice kitchen, bathroom, sitting area, and bedroom. It was just perfect and we can’t wait to stay again when visiting.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished and well maintained. We loved the loft feeling of the unit and the exposed brick in several rooms. The two bedrooms are comfortable and both bathrooms were fully stocked. We had one dinner at the A&P pub downstairs. It was a good meal and the live music was a bonus. Brian was a good host. He was available for questions and was close by if we needed anything. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb!

This was a great place for our family of five. plenty of sleeping space and two bathrooms! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood a little bit too.

We stayed here for several weeks for a temporary residence before moving into our new home. The residence had everything we needed, it was great place for our dog, and was near everything. Josiah was proactive with communication and always helpful.

The place was conveniently located, very good size, and the price seemed reasonable. It did indicate that the evenings were loud with a bar/restaurant across the street, but we knew that going into it. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you so very much.

Very nice building with secured access. In a bit of a revitalization neighborhood with some mix of updated buildings and businesses. Mild construction sites & sounds.

This apartment is very clean and in a fairly new complex. It is close to Iowa State and downtown Ames. There is a large convenient store directly across the street for any late night needs. The price was comparable to a hotel room with way more to offer. When we come back to Iowa State to visit we will stay here again.

We had such a great stay! The property was beautiful and very quiet/low key. It was a great neighborhood that was close to almost everything! Jake was super helpful in recommending places to go out and was quick in his responses!! 10/10 would recommend:)

This is my second stay with Sleepover in this building. The unit was spotless, quiet, and comfortable as always and the host is very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!
