Unique "Little Italy" Apartment

Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Newly Remodeled Home with Walk-In Shower

My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 4. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.

We have 4 bed rooms upstairs. Three queen beds, one full bed, one twin bed,one child size jr bed, guest bathroom upstairs and one master queen -bed room with attached full master bath room. Large kitchen with a powder room bathroom off the kitchen and family room , living room and a deck. Driveway parks 4 vehicles. Safe parking on the west side of the street,( across the street from our home). Can not park on the side of the street our home is on.

Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5, but will do everything possible to have it open well before and after those dates based on weather!), hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants.
