This Mid-Century treasure is the perfect location for your trip to Des Moines. Your home away from home is centrally located to Downtown and the East Village, the Western Suburbs and Jordan Creek Mall, and Drake University. It features a super comfortable queen-size bed plus a fold-down sofa, Satellite/Roku TV in the Living room and bedroom, wireless internet, a full kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, and on-site laundry.
“Jeff & Ingrid’s place is fantastic. Beautifully decorated, just as it appears in photos. It’s cozy and stylish, and the bed is comfortable! The hosts provided lots of helpful tips and clear instructions, and the stay was completely private (although Jeff & Ingrid were very communicative and quick to respond). Highly recommend! Perfect spot for two. It’s a 7-15 minute drive from just about anywhere that you would want to go in Des Moines.”
Guests will have a private finished room in the basement. The bed is an IKEA sofa pull-out bed with a mattress and memory foam on top. There is a private toilet and sink in the rooms connected to the basement room. We are located 5 minutes (walk) from some great walking, running, & biking trails. We are also only 12 minutes from the Des Moines International Airport.
“Great place! Stay here! Will be returning if I have the chance. Awesome people. Quiet and respectful. 10 of 10 hands down. 💯”
