Vacation rentals in Waverly

This place was exactly what we needed. Visiting family is shell rock and needed more space with 2 kids. Was a quick drive, and in a great location! I couldn’t recommend staying there enough! It was so easy to communicate with Judy and the team, all the instructions were clear. The house was amazing, clear, updated, cozy, lots of extra amenities! When we go back we’re are staying here again!

It’s one of those places you visit once and know that you’ll be back again and again. Within 10 minutes of walking into our suite, we never wanted to leave. Dan and Penny have created a peaceful, wooded wonderland in the middle of Iowa. The suite was adorable and just the right size for us. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The view out the screened door was worth the price of admission alone! Autumn-adorned trees, cows, goats, chickens and a cutie pig…it cannot be described adequately in words. Dan and Penny are kind and accommodating. We had all the privacy we wanted, but never felt ignored. If you’re worried about being in the middle of nowhere, don’t. Waterloo and Cedar Falls have everything you need and are a short drive from the house. Go stay at Stars Hollow. You’ll be so glad you did.

Exactly what we needed for a quick weekend to Cedar Falls/Waterloo. Great location, property was as described, and clear communication for check-in and check-out.

This place is fantastic!!! Extremely clean loft and right downtown. Easy to find and a responsive host. 100% recommend staying here if you find yourself in the Waverly area.

Two of us were in town for a wedding and Katie's place was perfect! There was a lot of space and we definitely could have stayed here longer. The decor is top notch. Great lighting (from lights or large windows). Highly recommend!

The host is AMAZING!! Kade, let us stay an extra day after the Iowa Vs Iowa State on short notice. His kindness and care are something that's missing in the world today. Thanks a million, Kade!!

Great place we have stayed multiple times.

Brian and Lynette were great hosts! For my 2 weeks in Cedar Falls, this was a perfect place to stay to travel back and forth between both Cedar Falls and Waterloo for work. Their place was peaceful and quiet with stocked items in the kitchen to make life a bit easier when wanting to cook. Each morning, stepping outside and watching the sun come up from the view of their front yard was almost breathtaking. The golf items were there, but the cold weather prevented me from enjoying that part of what these guys had to offer. Their place is comfortable with all living spaces upstairs in a carpeted space. Very homey with good decorations. Great soaps were available for washing. Great place! Recommend it highly if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay within a short driving distance from activities. Very family friendly.
