While Studio C is small, it has the essentials and luxuries needed to make your stay comfortable! Centrally located in the heart of Waverly and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the bike trail. Studio C is accessible by a set of 20 stairs that may be too steep for some.

We stayed in Bella’s Suite and it was beautiful and cozy. We felt at home. My husband loved the hot tub right outside the door. Unfortunately, there were so many mosquitoes, and also our schedule that we couldn’t explore the beautiful property. There is a big pond with sitting areas on the beach; fire pit, garden and greenhouse. We would love to come back and bring the grandkids who would love the farm animals. Penny was responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

It’s always nice to find great, comfortable Airbnbs to stay at like this. Judy’s place is perfect if you need to be in Waverly or the surrounding area. Quiet and secluded but also close to the grocery stores and restaurants in town as well as easily accessible to the highways. Plus, Judy and her co-hosts are incredibly kind and responsive. I couldn’t recommend the place more. I know where I’ll be looking to stay if I’m ever in the area.

This was a super cute and spacious little apartment! Waverly is a small town and the apartment was right off the main highway, next to a Dollar Tree and Kwik Star, so we could walk if we needed anything. Walmart is also within walking distance, or a very short drive. The building was very peaceful and quiet and smelled new. We loved the amenities, especially the equipped kitchen, laundry, and two beautiful bathrooms. They really paid attention to detail and supplied pretty much everything someone would need for a comfortable stay. Jessica provided very clear instructions to get in and was quick to answer questions. We stayed for the week and felt like it had better amenities and comfort at a better price than if we had gotten a hotel. We’d definitely return!
