Storm Lake vacation rentals

Great place and great host. I stayed in a larger room with a bathroom in the bedroom and a kitchen like area. The bedroom had large windows which was nice but downside was there were no curtains. This made the room very warm in the morning and woke you as soon as the sun came up. Only thing I would recommend is to get curtains. Otherwise it was such a wonderful stay!

This place was beautiful! We could’ve used a few more things in the kitchen like large bowls for prepping food. We had a great time, it was convenient and fit our family perfectly!

We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of our Airbnb. The host was very helpful and even replenished the K-cups for us!

Unfortunately we were only in the area for one night, so it was in and out. It seemed like a great location and a great place to spend some time! I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

We had a family women's weekend. The house was perfect with lots of sleeping options. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Patio was great for being outside.

Elizabeth was very accommodating! Before our trip I asked if there was a hairdryer available for use. Elizabeth responded there was not one, but she would be happy to purchase one. This small detail made our stay much easier. We will stay here again when traveling to Storm Lake.

Wife and I needed a place to unplug and enjoy the weekend and Kari’s lakehouse came in clutch. Clean and cozy and definitely enough space for 3 couples. We loved our stay and will be back!

Emilie was a fantastic host and very responsive to all of our questions. We had to make last minute changes and she was so kind and accommodating to our family! We will definitely stay in one of her homes again! Beautiful home and view and perfect location for getting on and off the lake!

We had a full house when we stayed here. It was my brothers wedding weekend and my family along with my other siblings and their families all stayed. 5 adults, 5 kids and 1 baby. Everyone had a place to sleep comfortably and the living room and kitchen area was big enough to let us all hang out during down time from wedding festivities! Brian gave great food recommendations and was clear in instructions for how to get into the house and the binder they left had crystal clear instructions for check out and also had even more recommendations for restaurants in the area. The view of the lake was beautiful and the patio area is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning! My son talked about how much he loved the house and my husband and I have said that if we ever went back to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Beautiful home to enjoy family time. Peaceful and quiet with an amazing view of the entire lake. The kids enjoyed the kayaks, the space to spend time with family and friends, and watch movie's together. The deck and boat ramp were peaceful to sit and enjoy together as a family. Great, polite, and responsive host. Definitely recommend this beautiful lake home.

The Spanish Rose was clean and organized. The Morning Glory is quiet and what we needed for a night stay. I would recommend it to others that at traveling in the area.

Great place to stay.

This worked very well as a home base for an event we were attending nearby. We used Dave's place for lunch, for supper, and for overnight. Nice, clean, un-cluttered, and fully accessible on our schedule. We would, and hopefully will, visit again.

This was my second time staying at the Pearl House and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring all my needs were met. The space itself was immaculate and uniquely decorated, with historic touches and also with thoughtful touches that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the host even left some complimentary snacks and beverages, which was a lovely surprise.

We were attending our 60th Class Reunion and stayed at this excellent Airbnb in Carroll Iowa. The home was perfect for our needs. It was very well stocked with anything one might need. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Perfect location for our tour of the Loess hills. The cottage is cute clean and had everything we needed. Ann was super helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. She always responded immediately to my messages. I would definitely recommend this place.

A wonderful historic home with plenty of sleeping space AND visiting areas for us all to do different things! It was a beautiful walk to the lake (and park for our littles!) It most definitely didn’t leave much to ask, but he was always responsive and helpful (super quickly too!!!) Hope to visit my parents in the area again with another stay :) After a 6 hour drive it was quite relaxing!

The Sanctuary was exactly as it sounds……a sanctuary. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and very welcoming. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. The hosts are great at communicating and answering questions.

Lovely place to stay while on our bicycle tour of Iowa trails. Close to the cycling trail and restaurants.
