The place was absolutely lovely. The apartment was neat and very clean. It was well stocked with necessary items and helped save a lot of time and stress. I felt right at home. My host answered my questions within ten mins of me sending them. I love that. Often when out of town sometimes it takes a local to help sort things out and they did just that. Nothing was too big or small for them to handle. I will be back. I had nothing but great memories and experiences there! The home was a definite 10 out of 10!!!

Sandra’s home was beautiful & the perfect getaway. We stayed there while we were visiting to attend the PGA. A short drive to downtown Fort Mill, which had coffee, restaurants, and grocery stores, and only a 20-30 minute drive to Charlotte. The place was private, clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

In all the years I’ve used Airbnb in and outside the US, Terry’s place is by far the best I’ve stayed in. It’s not brand new but it smells like brand-spankin’ new! That’s what I always look for in a place and everything was clean and smelling good like the blankets and sheets. The appliances all work great the floors and carpets are clean. Heating and cooling was great. There is ample parking and check in and out was a breeze. Most of all Terry made me feel very welcome. I felt that we’ve known each other for a long time the way he treated me. Very responsive (will respond in less than 60 seconds no bs!) and very proactive and thinks of what we might need ahead of time He is very easy to talk to and will work with you 100%. Water pressure was strong and we slept really well with no noise throughout the night. You will love your stay at Terry’s! Just a few flights of stairs from the back parking spaces as soon as u open the door that clean fresh scent will greet you and make you smile

Great location, and an adorable place to stay!

Love this place! I stayed in Richmond for my son’s volleyball tournament. The historic house had a nice, clean interior. The location and parking were great. The only issue was the noise—if you’re sensitive to sound, be aware that barking from the neighbor’s dog and car or motorcycle noise could be heard in the room even after midnight.

We were in town for our Uncle's funeral. Dan was very accommodating and his place was perfect for our needs.

Place was nearby family. Easy find, great quiet neighborhood. Very clean house. Host was quick to respond. Would stay again!

Fantastic place in a great location to visit family!

We had a great stay at Hay St. Charming home! The house was cozy and beautiful. It is beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked, and home was extremely clean. The backyard was great! We had our dogs with us and they loved playing in the yard. Chad is a great host in every way. We would definitely recommend and we'll stay again if we have a chance. Thank you for your hospitality Chad.

This was one of the best airbnbs we stayed at in Brevard - our son plays baseball at Brevard College and we have been traveling to Brevard for 4 years - the home was very clean - Marisa was great - we could not figure out how to adjust the ceiling fans so her husband came by to take a look and he went out and got new batteries which we were fine doing but he wanted to - very impressed! Very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is adorable.

This was our second stay at this residence. Laura was responsive, communicative and flexible - especially when it came to our arrival and departure times. Location to Berry College is convenient (maybe a 10 minute drive) and the house meets all of my families needs. Already booked for two other stays this fall. Highly recommend.

We were in Knoxville for a gymnastics competition and this house was perfect. Close to Knoxville, beautifully furnished and situated. Very quiet and peaceful with everything we needed.

We love staying here when we come into town to visit family. we feel right at home and my kids love it.

Was a great place for our quick weekend stay! Everything was just as described and looked exactly like pictures.

We loved our stay here. It was close enough to the Gatlinburg strip that you could walk there but far enough away from all of the commotion. The condo itself is updated nicely and there is a Keurig instead of the coffee pot shown in the pictures! The individuals that live there full time are polite and wonderful! They informed us that bears do roam the walkways and stairs so to be sure that no food is left in the car and lock all doors on the car. The only downside we had was the upstairs neighbors were very loud and at all hours of the night. We’re not sure if they live there or were just visiting but we could hear their every move. The walls are definitely thin and it wasn’t super pleasant to hear them running around at 10 pm, 2 am, 4am, and 8am. We didn’t let it ruin our stay as it’s not something that anyone can really control and we understand that it’s always a possibility when staying in an apartment style accommodation. Overall, we had a great stay and would def recommend!

Absolute perfection! The condo is exquisitely decorated, incredibly well-equipped, extremely comfortable, super-clean, and on one of the most exquisite sections of coastal NC! We loved every moment - from coffee on the gorgeous balcony to walks along the tranquil shoreline - which is just steps outside the door. Our family of 4 cannot wait to return to this exceptional property, and we are so very grateful to Suzanne and Orsi for being so responsive, organized, and hospitable! Highly recommend!
