Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Blue Ridge Mountains

this place is exactly what is advertised. peaceful and delightful getaway for me and my pup.

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

I love the way this building has been re-purposed. The unit was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is really cool and there’s a brewery on the premises. The unit is also well-stocked with coffee, cream and sugar. The only downside is that I prefer to be closer to the interstate when I am traveling because I basically sleep and shower when I stay at AirBNB. Fortunately, it was still daylight when I arrived, so it was relatively easy to see where I was going. I know this isn’t a consideration for everyone.

It was the perfect spot for a family event being held nearby. Paul was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. Very quiet and peaceful location despite being on a main road and close to everything we needed. Lots of nice touches that we appreciated. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay. Clean and private. Only issue I had was using the blue tooth lock on the door, that's my fault for being so out of touch with technology. I contacted Brian and he immediately gave me an alternate way of entry.

I have lived in a lot of places over the past year while traveling for school, and this was the best of the bunch. Everything was great, including a clean comfortable space, available toiletries, efficient appliances, simple check in and out, amazing 10/10 mountain view.

What a great place to stay. Stephen's apartment is an eclectic, well-curated happy place. The gardens and backyard are beautifully and thoughtfully landscaped. We will be back. My friend and I spent two nights at Stephen's. We had traveled from Charlottesville, VA (after a road trip the previous weekend from Cape Cod). Stephen was warm and welcoming, and I wish we had a little more time there -We will be back in the fall. We didn't get to meet Boomer this time, but definitely next time.

Great place to stay in the area. We were in town for a show at MegaCorp and this was a short drive to the venue. Everything was as pictured and described. I love that there was plenty of toiletries in the bathroom and basics in the kitchen. It’s in a very cute neighborhood with bars and restaurants nearby. It IS a noisy and lively street as stated - but we had no problem sleeping and the bed is comfy! Another plus was Goodfellas down the block had great pizza by the slice. The only issue we ran into was not having enough towels at arrival but the host was very quick to rectify this, which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in the area.

Linda and Richard are the sweetest people and they are so welcoming! My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. Everything is just as pictured and they provide lots of snacks and breakfast items that were so great to have! The bed was SO comfortable. Everything was amazing and we will definitely return:)

Sherry’s place was absolutely wonderful. I was recovering from surgery and it was the perfect location. It was so peaceful, quiet and quaint. Just a wonderful place. Sherry was also very responsive.

This house has everything you need! Location was great. My kids kept saying how calming the house was. When we come back to Chattanooga we’ll definitely be staying at one of Tammy’s places!

The house was very spacious and in a quiet location. It was exactly as described in the listing. It is conveniently located to High Point University and to the Greensboro airport. Chris was very responsive and was easy to work with when we decided to extend our reservation to add an additional day at the last minute. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.

Everything was so amazing. Our host was so nice and super helpful when we had an issue. Even provided some extra snacks and hot chocolate to help with our stay. Can’t express how much Judy helped make our stay so much easier and stress free 10/10. Cannot recommend this place enough to everyone. It’s near enough to everything to be a quick trip most places but also far enough off the main strip that you have the peace and quiet.

This cabin was booked as a last-minute replacement when we had issues at another property. It was a nice, comfortable space with good amenities. The location was convenient to town, making it easy to access Gatlinburg's attractions. The host was great at communicating throughout our stay, which we especially appreciated given our last-minute booking. Overall, it served our needs well during our stay.

Great location ! Everything was as described. For the price you can not beat it. Lots of fun. Hope to visit again. No complaints at all.

We will definitely be back! We loved the place! It was extremely clean! The location is great and in walking distance to so much to do and restaurants! The view was amazing! Clear instructions for everything upon arrival made check in so easy! We already said we will stay there on our next trip to the area!

Jody was super friendly and very responsive to any questions that I had. The rental was immaculately clean, with nice furnishings and a comfy bed. I would definitely recommend The Snug or any of Jody’s other listings at The Shaded Crest.

Had a great time celebrating my birthday at Laurie’s place! The condo was nice, clean, and within walking distance to Gatlinburg. Laurie even left a cake in the fridge for my birthday, which was so thoughtful, and in my opinion a step above any owner we’ve ever dealt with. Free tickets for local attractions was a huge perk, and we definitely took advantage of those. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!! Laurie takes good care of her guests!!

Comfortable place with high ceilings in a good central location, fully equipped for a long stay. In a relatively residential pocket, but with a cool coffee shop across the street, and city things a short walk or Uber away in any direction. There's also a Harris Teeter a few minute walk away. It's right by the highway, but running a white noise generator or an air filter masks it (unless someone is being deliberately noisy, but it is a city). The building as a whole has an unusual smell as some reviews mention, but I quickly stopped noticing it once inside. The parking is reserved in evenings and weekends but "open" if you leave the space during a weekday until 6pm. This never presented a problem in practice--maybe in part because it's a tough space to back into, so people avoid it! (It's tricky and may not fit atypically large cars--Honda Element was able to fit). Good view from the small roof deck, worth checking out if you stay here...
