Great place to stay for a group of men attending the LA District Men’s Conference. Would stay again.

I have never experienced an AIRBNB like this one. I personally love places that offer peace and privacy which "The Ameila" provides. It is secluded yet not far from stores and restaurants. When I first walked in a noticed how clean and organized it was as well as how good it smelled. Misty left some fresh baked cookies as well as coffee pods, creamer and water bottles in the refrigerator. The bed is very comfortable. I have to give Misty a 10/10 host wise. She came to our rescue straight way when we accidently locked ourselves out. We will definitely be renting "The Amelia" again in the future.

This is a fantastic place to stay!! The beds are comfortable. The surroundings are so peaceful. Its very private. This is one of the only places I’ve ever slept that i didn’t need an eye mask, which is a huge plus for me! We are very satisfied and have booked a few upcoming stays!

It’s quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by a calm that’s hard to find these days. Whether you’re looking to rest, recharge, or just enjoy some uninterrupted time, this place creates the perfect atmosphere for it. Everything about the stay was comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who values a peaceful retreat.

Wishing we could have stayed many days instead of one……We were sad to say goodbye to Marilyns lovely cottage nestled in the countryside!!! It was lovely inside and out, peaceful and cozy with a luxurious bed & our fav percale sheets to rest beautifully in!! Details were so thoughtfully prepared for our arrival, we cannot wait to return!!! Many Thanks again dear Marilyn for all your kindness and hospitality!

Mary was an attentive host who made sure the guests needs were met without hesitation.

The house was nice and as described in the listing. There were a couple issues with the AC and hot water, but James was quick to respond and sent someone out immediately to fix it. We really appreciated their responsiveness.

Great host and comfortable home.

This was our 2nd time staying here and I know I’m coming home for a week or so I made sure I book this place at least 2 months out because I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Its very spacious for my family and I and it’s close to my family that I’m visiting the host always let me check in early they home has everything my family and I need for our stay and it’s very peaceful which I love we’ll definitely book again!!!!!

Connie was incredibly helpful by leaving kid plates, chairs, games, a pack and play, and extra games for my children. We were in town for a funeral so having extra fun things to do in between lessons than exciting festivities was extremely appreciated. Highly recommend the spot, gorgeous park across the street!

I stayed several months with this host and it was a great experience! Very responsive to issues, the house is newly remodeled and well maintained. 10/10 will use again!

If you're looking for a calm space to stay when visiting the Pineville/Alexandria area, this is it! This older home is clean, cute, and quirky. Lisa is probably the most responsive host we've worked with, and is a joy. TBH, if you're looking for a 5-star bougie resort home, this isn't your fit. But if you want a quiet space off the beaten track, and you enjoy a home with history, you'll enjoy staying here. 100% would return to book with Lisa!

My family and I stayed at one of Ms.Mary homes. The home was as described. Lots of space my family. Overall I would rate my stay five stars. This might be because I’m a country girl, and the location gave the country feeling I was looking for. I look forward to coming back. Thanks again !
