Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Alexandria

My family had the absolute best time at the Klos Kabin! It was easy to find, super clean, and had lots to do outside for my 9 and 14 year old boys. There is a picturesque view of the lake from the back porch and a beautiful boat house that you can easily use to get kayaks in and out of the water. Also, at night the view of the stars is so clear and unobstructed - it’s unlike anything I have ever seen. Staying at Klos Kabin did not feel like we were in Louisiana, even though we were just 2 hours away from home. We will definitely be returning in the foreseeable future.

The views here are absolutely stunning. Very peaceful. Enjoyed mornings on the front porch and when it was raining the sunroom was where to be! Watching a storm roll in on the lake was gorgeous! Accommodations were very cozy and comfortable. The master bedroom and bed were comfortable beyond compare! So glad we got to stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful place and looks exactly like in the pictures. We stopped for the night on our trip and Karyn's place was easy to find and close to the highway. It was nicely decorated, clean, with everything we needed. It felt like home. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet too. We will definitely be back, thanks Karyn.

We spent Thanksgiving week here. We absolutely loved the quiet road, beautiful lake, and lots of marsh-mellows around the camp fire! Can’t wait to stay again.

The house is beautiful and clean and an amazing location right on the water. We had a very peaceful stay. We would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Suzy and Danny were overly accommodating and kind. They communicated and never hesitated or made us feel like a burden. The cabin is wonderful! It smells like Heaven and felt so warm and inviting. They have everything you could possibly need and the convenience store a few miles away in Nebo has anything else you forgot and not expensive! Including fishing supplies! We enjoyed being able to use the golf cart and the outdoor fire pit. The fish weren’t cooperating very much this time BUT thats beyond human control. We can’t wait to book again! We really could have moved right in! If this place is available for your next trip do not hesitate to book!!

Sara was a wonderful host. So nice and sweet to us. She knew we came from florida and was a long way from home an said to let her know if we needed anything even if it didn't pertain to the stay. You dont meet many people like that now days and it was surely appreciated. We spent 9 days at her air bnb and it felt like home. The house was so cute and welcoming. Everything was so clean and smelled so good. Id say this house has been one of my top favorites so far. We hope to visit again next year. Id highly recommend sara as a host . If youre considering booking a place with her definitely do it . You wont be disappointed. Thank you again Sara and god bless

Home was clean and welcoming and just what we needed. Debbie and Terry were easy to work with and very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Mary’s place was wonderful, exactly as described and worked perfectly for my small group in town for a wedding. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend :)
