Sleeps 4 comfortably (queen sofa bed in living room) queen air mattress if six occupants are desired. Any more guests over 4 there is a charge of $10/person per night. My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived the host Anna made us feel incredibly welcome. The property itself was beautifully maintained with amazing attention to detail. Everything was spotless and very well-stocked. Every little touch made this an overall fun and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed coffee in the mornings watching the sunrise and board games at sunset on the patio. And the views! Absolutely breathtaking. I am already looking forward to coming back if Anna would have us again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with a fantastic host.

This house was everything and MORE!! Perfect entertainment space, perfect for a large family not to feel on top of each other. The outdoor space was just as impressive as the home. I chose this home for its proximity to my Grandmother’s house. If I EVER need an Air B&B while visiting again this will definitely be my go to choice.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The pictures were great but you’d really have to be there to get why this place is so special. It was Very clean and put together they even took the time out to label everything to make your stay that much more effortless to relax. We took a walk and The locals were very friendly and made my girlfriend and I feel like we’ve been in the neighborhood for years. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to appreciate nature and peace of mind. In addition I must ad that my girlfriend forgot her diamond rings and the host immediately contacted us and made sure to get us our property. That type of honesty should not be over looked. It makes perfect sense why the local brewery/ Restaurant , “Cool Beerwerks” Had so many great things to say about the owners of this beautiful home. I recommend you stop by there as well for great food great people. Thank you so much to Nicole & Cam you guys really help create unforgettable memories

This stay was absolutely marvelous. Coming from San Francisco and being able to escape the city into this beautiful oasis was nothing short of magical. Madison was extremely responsive before and during my stay. She gave me local recommendations and assisted with all my questions (how do I turn the fan on? Lol). I was tempted to gate-keep this spot because of how gorgeous it is, but it deserves to be seen and experienced by many! The patio had amazing views - I sat out there with the propane fire pit on and a glass of wine. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my puppy. Literally everything was perfect and I plan on returning.

Cool off and relax at The Little River Hideaway!

Gosh where do I start? This was by far my favorite place we have stayed so far. The home was beautiful, cozy, and the accommodations were perfect. We barely left the home (just for food and groceries) and spent almost all of our time outdoors by the river making memories with our littles. Our dog got to hang out with us as well. We loved the fact that the deck can be gated and closed and this relieved a lot of stress as far as having to constantly watch our dog. The atmosphere is relaxing, the home is clean, and has everything you need. Outside, there are multiple sitting areas and direct access to the water. During hot peak hours, we took dips in the river with the kids and during cooler temps in the evenings, we relaxed in the hot tub. We are planning on making this a yearly tradition. The host was very kind and responsive and just friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!
