Townhome vacation rentals in Wilmington

We loved the airbnb and the location. We had some struggles with the Wi-fi but Kayce took care of the problem which was great because we had a lot of rain. We ended up only using 2 out of 3 bedrooms but if we need a 3 bedroom next visit we would definitely stay here again. Oh, and loved the big comfy couch!!

The Condo has everything you need for a fun getaway at Bald Head Island. The Hosts were extremely prompt and accommodating to all our needs. This place is recommended for anyone that wants to experience BHI and have fun!!

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

This place is amazing. When I have to stay at other places, I always hold them to Rob's standards and they hardly ever meet those. His place is clean and convenient. It's literally about 6 steps to the ocean. I think my favorite thing is the two decks facing the ocean. You could just sit there for hours and enjoy the scenery. Plenty of space to just hang out and chill. All that you would ever need in a kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. I straight up don't want to stay anywhere else but here. Thank you Rob for another perfect stay!

This is the 2nd consecutive year we’ve stayed here for our annual girls trip! We usually go to a different beach each year but we came back to Kure because we liked this house so much. I really can’t say enough good things about it. Super convenient to the beach so our group can come and go as they please. It’s very comfortable, clean, spacious and we feel very safe here. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but this year we drove 10 minutes to Carolina Beach which was also very easy and convenient. Michelle is very communicative and responsive. Couldn’t ask for a better host!

This was our 2nd family vacation on Carolina Beach. Our family rented 2 places close to each other. This rental was very clean and nicely decorated. It was comfortable for 7 adults and 2 dogs. We hosted dinners for 20 easily. The elevator was nice for loading/unloading the cars. Had 1 issue with the front door lock, which Connie & Joe fixed the next day.

I celebrated my birthday at Jeanette's and it was a perfect spot.

I loved my stay! The location was easy to find and being able to work remotely from this area was amazing! We loved being able to see the ocean and enjoy the sound of the waves, and loved that the beach was just a few steps away. All amenities were as described, and the townhouse was decorated so nicely. I loved how the colors all came together! We will definitely recommend this place to others!

Absolutely love this home on the beach! It was absolutely perfect for my and my little ones. Jennifer was extremely friendly and flexible. This is the perfect beach front location and close to several great restaurants, shops etc. I highly recommend staying here if you need a beach front getaway!!!

Absolutely love this place . I've stayed in this townhome 3X now and everytime it has been just as described ! Perfectly located outside of Wilmington, and close to family I'm usually visiting while in town. Will continue to book when I'm in town! Thank you

Great place right off the beach and close to town center. You can walk to restaurants ,local grocery , etc. Very well equipped both in the house and with equipment for the beach. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Can't image better location in this cute town .Would definitely stay here again!

Cathy's place was the perfect spot for a Christmas vacation for 5 humans and 2 dogs! The decor was updated and had all the amenities you could need, with plenty of space to cook meals and play games. The beds were super comfy and I really appreciated having blinds and curtains in the bedrooms that let me sleep past sunrise, I know this is challenging at most beach houses with lots of windows! We were super close to the beach and restaurants (Granny's had the BEST biscuits). The fenced backyard was great for the dogs, and the nearby dog park, greenway path, and state park kept us all entertained. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

If you choose to stay off the beach, this is a great value. Conveniently located next to a grocery store, gas station, a few restaurants, and a main thoroughfare in a quiet neighborhood.

Shannon was amazing! We came from out of town and she offered us the option to store our food in the fridge even before the house was ready for check in. She was so responsive, the best Air BnB host I have ever had! Also the house is beautiful and the area is PERFECT.

Andrea’s place was perfect for our girls trip! So close to the beach (with private access) and about a 15-minute walk from dining and the pier. We loved being able to use the beach chairs, and the decks off the house were great for lounging. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware, and we appreciated Andrea providing trash bags, soap, etc. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at Marc and Rebecca’s at least 6 times, maybe more. That we keep going back should speak for itself. Their place is always clean and neat. We are close to our relatives which is a priority for us. We have cooked meals there as grocery stores are close. We have also enjoyed many restaurants in the area. We feel safe in the neighborhood. There are sidewalks for walking for exercise and the backyard looks out on a pond. We see fish and geese. Our grandson loves to go look at the geese. We already have reservations to stay there again. The place exceeding our expectations. It was easy to get into when we checked in. We had five adults and two children (ages 2 and 6) in our family. My 80 year old mother was with as well. The elevator was a life saver for her. The layout allowed the parents and children to have the entire 2nd floor to themselves. Great grandma also stayed on the 2nd floor as there were 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms on this floor. The 4th floor was a great place to hang out, play games, and put a huge puzzle together. It also had an amazing sleep space, although we did not need it. The full bathroom on this floor was also much appreciated. The kitchen was amazing, having everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together throughout the week. The beach was very close (3 min walk) on a nice boarded walk way with no traffic or worries as we walked with little ones daily. The pool was very close as well and made a great alternative when kids tired of the beach. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb was amazing! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. What really set it apart were all the extras provided: beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler. It made our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended 👌
